I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Pathetic Is the only word that comes to mind. Staff have no clue about cars. They have limited knowledge of the market and get 10/10 for low balling offers that are no where near what their online price guide suggests. The variances are astronomical. It’s all just a case of driving people to share their contact details and nothing more. It’s such a shame there are outfits of this nature that are allowed to continue to offer sub standard services to customers.

Recently I booked appoint with this company to sell my car and was very disappointed with their level of service. Firstly they kept me waiting for 90mins and the price they offered me was very annoying as it was way to below the market price. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time with this company.

Very unimpressive!

This is a reliable website for selling cars. I sold my 2010 Lexus 460 within a few days. It didn’t take much bureaucracy to fill all the forms, everything was transprent.

30 minutes wait past the time of my appointment…
Inspector not understanding that my car doesn’t show on their platform…
Auctions most likely for the wrong car model…
Result : an offer 50% below market value and an hour and a half of my time wasted.
Not really impressed 😬

I would not even give a 1 star if there is an option for a zero star.
In my view, this is a
- pathetic bogus platform
- I don't think they run real auctions
- Zero customer service focus
- Obnoxiously low offer
- Try to influence you by planted customers who walk in abruptly picking up a conversation with you to influence you by telling how satisfied they were with their service
- Treat you as if you are a distressed car seller
- Waste your time by telling you to wait for the next offer when all of this seems a ploy to hold you on
- Am thankful that it wasn't too difficult to read else I would have walked away thinking whether I made a right decision or not
- They also scare you by telling you that if you don't take the offer this time, the next time you may not even get half the price
- Don't worry guys there are better platforms where you cab fetch better price for your cars
- AVOID IF YOU CAN

They can not even give me a receipt for the inspection, I have been requesting this for two weeks now - they want to charge me more to get a copy of there inspection - they listed the Vehical on there web site with out asking me - I refused the verbal offer they made which was 150% less than they registered Vehical for on ther web site - they then wanted me to pay to see the message that was apparently sent

The worst chat experience ever, contacted them to sell my car the agent is responding in every 5 to 6 minutes with short it looks like im the staff and he is customer. Since the beginning looks like that certainly i will not proceed further.

The evaluation was a joke.
Though the person evaluated the car quick and fine but the offer given was ridiculously low.
I did waste my time for nothing.
It's purely cheating.

I thought that selling a car with this company would be as easy as a pie, without putting any significant effort, not allocarting much time for this procedure, but it turned out to be not the truth. I would say... not 100% truth, because indeed, the car was sold in the end, but the process took longer than I had expected before applying for services here.
I was selling Toyota Corolla, preliminary evaluated its price and so on and in the beginning things were favorable. But then, process became slower. Not impressed.

Do not trust ! They advertise a "free" car evaluation, but then charge a hidden $209 inspection fee. Their offer for my car was absurdly low, almost 90% below market value, clearly designed to exploit those who don't know better. Additionally, their customer service is rude and dishonest, dodging questions and lying about service details. Save your time and money; steer clear of this scamming site!

Sell any car guys called me and asked me to visit the Ibn Battuta branch @7:30 PM today; I agreed and reached 20-25 mins early.
I requested the guy @ kiosk to get the inspection done early; however despite the guy being not busy with other customer, he said to me either you wait or come at 7:30 in a very arrogant tone! Obviously, I left and decided to never ever do business with these guys..!

The guys arrogance was out of roof and seemed like he has no interest in doing business. when you have such arrogant customer representatives, god save your company !

I would never ever agin deal with them and will never recommend to anyone in my circle !

Get the facts straight- treat your customers with respect ! or loose the business !

Be careful. Whilst it’s true they do offer to buy any car they will not offer you anything close to the evaluation given online to seduce you into dropping in for a valuation and once sale price is agreed beware that you will not actually receive this amount as another charge for ‘admin’ fees of circa 950aed is deducted when payment is made. It’s a convenient service but not the best way to sell your car and not the most transparent process. I would not use again.

Waste of time, inaccurate informations.

Does not even deserve any star. The worst experience ever. Took my car for 3 days after having known the whole history of the car and signed a contract agreeing to a certain price. I specifically asked what could stop the sale agreement, they pointed at the last page and assure me only a damaged chassis # or flood or major RTA problem. Then they called me after keeping my car for 3 days to say there is paint at the front so the buyer wants to reduce the price.
Waste of time and terrible customer service. Never again. Would never recommend them.

It is the worst experience ever they give very low prices and they the don’t giver right information and when you cancel the selling for any reason they keep the car for long time before giving it back

If I could give these guys 0 star, I would. They start with offering you a high price for your car to hook you in, and then offer you 30% less than its market rate, and the worst thing is that they rang to move the appointment 30 minutes before it.

Don't trust them at all , they will offer you 70% of your car value at the end of auction even though the car get much higher price, if your car auction end with 60000 than they will offer you 52000, and if you reject the offer than they will start to be very rood with you.

Fraud. They are liars. I sold my car without any money when they told me that tomorrow you can come and transfer the car but tomorrow they told me they cant come to tasjeel that they have other cars and it took an entire week to transfer the car and receive the money. Bad service
