One of the shoelace loops on my Fusion XT shoe broke due to wear and tear, which prevented me from wearing them. Karhu kindly replaced them with a new pair after sharing some photos of my shoe. That's what I call great customer service!

KARHU charged a £5 return fee in addition to £4.95 postage. This isn't made clear in their terms and conditions.

I am £12 worse off after ordering online, trying then on and returning (I found their aria95 not cushioned enough for me compared to Saucony 5000, which I prefer). Whilst I'm sure the customer service is great, charging customers shipping costs both when delivering and when returning is not sustainable for my pocket. I will not be trying any other shoes from karhu given that I risk losing £12 each time until I get the ones I need. I understand someone has to pay for shipping buti also expect any brand to make an effort to win new customers. I didn't feel valued as a potential new customer.

5 maanden geleden schoenen gekocht. Helaas onstond er een scheur in het suede terwijl ik de schoenen nauwelijks tot normaal gedragen heb. Na het opsturen van fotos mocht ik een nieuw paar uitzoeken. Top service!

Karhu is an incredible brand I will be supporting for a lifetime. Firstly, the shoes are impeccable quality — creative, comfortable, timeless. Furthermore, their customer service is one of a kind. I’ve reached out to them on numerous occasions and always been impressed with the attention to the customer experience. They are understanding, prompt, and generous. I just gifted my friend a pair of shoes, and she’s in love, too! Their overall brand and the team behind it is evidently aligned and intentional.

I was looking for something well-made and stylish, that looked different from the thousands of mostly white trainers available out there. I did not expect to find them in Finland! This was my third attempt to buy shoes online, so I was relieved that they looked as good as the photos, were well made AND they actually fit!

Beautiful Sneakers ! Too bad that the big sizes are not so many ;)
