Our Airvet service is completely free for Kanguro customers. To access it correctly, make sure to use the unique code shown inside your Kanguro app—there you will also find the step-by-step instructions to activate the benefit.
It’s possible the app showed a subscription price because the code wasn’t applied during setup. Once you enter your Kanguro code, the fee disappears and your access becomes free.

Processing claims takes forever and you have to call and get a customer service rep on the phone. However after all that I did get my reimbursement.

I don't really recommend anyone to use a kangaroo.At first they make everything look pretty, but in reality it's not like that. They sent me to the hospital to take my pet and then when I filed a claim they never wanted to pay me.I just tell you to be very careful.

This company is horrible with processing times (18 days instead of 2-3 as they say when you enroll) plus they are very picky on what they cover. They would consider something that could repeat on your pet (like a dermatitis) that happened a year before as a pre-existing condition
