HORRIBLE!! Stay away. I had canceled my policy earlier in the year and they were still wrongfully charging my card and after hours of trying to talk to a supervisor no one would help me. They were not able to give me a refund even though they could see my account was inactive and had not been used. a complete scam.

Horrible, not enough coverage for what I was paying. Have not received my refunds back. I would not recommend Kanguro Insurance for pet insurance at all.
