Voy para el segundo año 😸 con kanguro,para mi bebé 🍊 y todos sabemos lo traviesos que pueden se los gatitos naranjas, pero kanguro me ha ayudado a cuidarlo y que esté siempre protegido, las pólizas siempre van a cubrir dependiendo de sus límites y lo que tú desees estar dispuesto a cubrir por tus mascotas, pero para mí ha sido un buen seguro.

Horrible company. Continues to charge you after you cancel also
Service is horrible and every customer service rep speaks with broken English. I canceled my Insurance months ago and they continue to take payments from me. They told me the computer is giving them issues closing the account. Meanwhile because of them taking money from me, it has messed up my payments for other bills. I have an organized bank account with exactly what I need for bills not expecting to be stolen from. Right now they owe me 3 months. How is it my problem they have problems with the computer. That money should be back in my account. Regardless. It wasn't theirs to take. I still have not received money back and I'm expected to wait for them to figure it out. Not acceptable. Not my problem.
Also the app they have never works. This company is a Sh%$ show. Don't bother using them. I could go on about other issues but I'd write a whole chapter.

Service and coverage.
Specifically, I have found the Customer Service very accessible. I am connected directly to a human being. I do not have to go through a virtual person or chat. Also, Customer Service has inerfaced with the Claims Department while I am a brief hold, assuring that all of us have the same understanding. Customer Service Staff, are especially knowledgeable, patient, caring, and professional. Coverage includes prescribed, medically recommended medication.

Kanguru is the best pet insurance company I've ever experienced. Not only do they offer exceptional customer service (with an empathetic ear), their turn around time on claims is quick and easy. I've been with them for 3 years and have made several claims.
