Real people real care real compassion
When I say that you get to talk with a real person I just don't mean someone who speaks good English and or Spanish I mean somebody who really genuinely cares. I've called in a few times now with questions and concerns and every single time I've had a very short one to two minute wait with just a few buttons to press to know what department I need to speak to and all three times they've gotten on a personal level with me and my animal and my understanding of what they offer and they don't offer just insurance for your pets and your home but they also offer genuine compassion at the end of every phone call I had a smile on my face I was no longer concerned with my worries they were very informative they weren't pushy here at this company they care. If I could leave two five-star reviews I would I would leave a five-star review with every experience you genuinely got this one right no automated voice no work around no being sent back and forth I thought their messaging service was automated nope those are real people messaging you they do offer an AI system but why do that when you could just pick up the phone and have a great experience every time

I want to warn other pet owners about…
I want to warn other pet owners about my experience with Kanguro.
Before purchasing the policy, I was told that it would be active the very next day and that I could take my dog to the veterinarian right away. Based on the information their own representatives provided, I took my dog in for treatment and paid the veterinary expenses.
The surprise came when I submitted my claim and it was denied. It is extremely frustrating to be told one thing when they are selling the policy and then receive a completely different answer when you actually need to use it.
We are not talking about a small amount of money. These were significant veterinary expenses that I incurred because I trusted the information given to me by the company.
My advice to anyone considering Kanguro is to be very careful. Get everything in writing and read every detail of the policy before spending your money. In my case, I feel misled and left without the coverage I was led to believe I had.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
