Ordered Father's Day gift of cap with our pets w/names. It was to be here in time, but that is not the case. If it isn't here by the Monday after fathers day I am requesting full refund.

I ordered a mug with a library picture on it. I never received any receipt etc. It was over 7 weeks before it finally showed up. I couldnt even track it because i had no info., company name etc. I finally received it and the handle was broken right off at the mug. I had no return info , there nothing on the package. I had to wait for the fb ad to pop up so i could get their attention. I wrote under some of the comments of people that had issues with them I.E. broken product, long waits, nothing showing up at all. I told them my experience. Plus the cup was advertised as much larger than it was. It was very small. Was supposed to be 15oz. The company got in touch with me on messenger when they saw i was a dissatisfied consumer. I had to pay in American funds, im Canadian so the cup cost me $30. When they messaged me they said they would have to have a picture of it broken. This now was several months after i got it, no return address, receipt or info. I had watched for the ad to come around again which it recently did. They said because i didnt have a picture of the product they couldnt replace it or refund me. They offered 50% off on my next purchase. Thats a total rip off. If i was to reorder another mug ive already paid $30 for it so i would have to pay another $15 so it would end up being a mug i paid $45 for!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Obviously this company knows nothing about customer service. They are a total rip off. I would NEVER buy anything from them again nir woukd i recommend anyone else buying anything!

I ordered a hat. The material is very cheap. My hat was shipped stuffed into a thin plastic bag. I received a wrinkled, distorted mess. The graphics are printed not embroidered, making this a very expensive hat for such cheap quality.

Super quick processing and shipping. The dogs look so much like my two. Very pleased with the quality and fit.

These hats are amazing. Great Birthday presents. The Birthday folks went bananas when they got their personalized hats. I can't wait to order more for other celebrations.

The crocs were only in player design. I mentioned that I would definitely buy a pair if it was in goalie design. The company contacted me and told me if I sent a picture of what I wanted they would make them! I sent a picture and they made the crocs special for me! They are absolutely a great company to work with! The crocs are perfect! Their customer service is great!

They did a nice job with my clogs personalized exactly as I asked with pictures of my five pets. The clogs arrived in a timely manner also. Would order from them again.

The phone case is lovely but don't waste your money like I have!!😡😡 very expensive, it took so many attempts to order the case as the system kept crashing and as a result the case I ordered was missed somewhere along the way and a random phone case (one I've never heard of" was sent. I requested a replacement or full refund to which I am basically told it's my problem!!

Ordered size 9 and a size 12 crocs came.. I emailed them and they emailed me back and tried to convince me that a size 12 is a size 9..🤣 but if I want to order a smaller size they will give me 30% off and I can wait another month and a half! Don’t waste your time on this company! U guys coulda had a great customer but instead of emailing me back and fixing your mistake! They lost out on a lot of business they coulda had from me and my friends!Good luck! Advice to everyone! Buy from a legit company and don’t take chances!
Please check EU sizes and you can see that a size 45 is not a size 9 it’s a 11.5 men’s… just because you made a chart to show that size 45 eu is size 9 … that is incorrect you can’t just make up
Sizes! Again size 9 is a size 9 and eu is a 42.5 u can’t just make up sizes!
