Took 17 days to get. Which was expected coming from china. Great quality of material. Was everything I wanted. Only complaint I would have is that it was to big and didn’t fit well over the head rest so I had to make small adjustments to put my head rest over the seat cover.

I had an add from Live Love Life pop up on my Facebook and seen really nice hats that I thought would go for my pool team. I ordered 5 hats, asked to have our names and put on them and our bar name on the side and they did everything I wanted and got them to me in a real timely fashion. Thank you guys so much 💓

This was the first time ordering from Kalliegear and was a little leary about doing so. But I was glad I did. It takes longer to receive your order(s) because of their place of production and shipping. But well worth the wait. What you see on their site is exact. And that is what you get, even the personalization is correct. Products are great and when you get them they look great in person. Definitely would order again. Highly recommend them.

I ordered a pair of croc’s for a friend that had her dog pictures on them. I was really nervous handing out my personal information to a new company. She has yet to receive them and I ordered them on April 13.2023. I really hope I didn’t get scammed, because I am out $45.00 . And also was blocked from getting back into the website. I’m not a very happy customer right now. My friend finally got her gift it arrived today

I ordered a custom made cap in a blue steel color. I was supposed to have Capt Noel on it. He is a friend of mine. I received a Cammo Capt Tim hat which I have no use for. I put a complaint in and was promised a response within 48 hours. The initail complaint went in on April 28th. They gave me a tracking number and promised a maximum 48 hour response. I sent a number of emails after that including pictures of what I got. They have not responded. I have bought a number of other products from them without issue. I won't buy anymore at this point!

I have been leary of ordering anything from advertisements on Facebook. I must say this was the best experience ever. I ordered the prple tumbler with 3 dogs personalized, and I was and still am a very very happy customer. I will be ordering 2 more tumblers in the next week. If I could rate no stars I would. I ordered something a month ago, got a few updates. When I tried to track my order it took me to the website. At site tried to login and it blocked me. DO NOT ORDER from them. I guess I am out $90. Total scam!

I absolutely love my personalized hat I got. It fits well, I usually have problems with baseball caps being to shallow for my head, not this one. Only downfall, and not a product downfall is I don't have a picture of both of my horses together.

FIRST , BE UP FRONT THAT IT IS MADE IN CHINA , SECOND TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET IT , CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE , FINALLY GET THE HAT , AND THE NAMES OF MY 4 DOGS ARE SO LIGHTLY PRINTED YOU CAN HARDLY SEE THEM ,

I ordered the custom classic cap for my team to use for San Diego Granfondo, i thought maybe it will not get in time. I got my order two weeks earlier than anticipated! Customer service was awesome! Highly recommended!

Have to admit, I was skeptical when I saw the product is drop shipped from China. And deliver took a bit longer than expected. That being said, it was worth the wait. My wife LOVES her new purse. The quality was excellent. We have already ordered the matching wallet. She can’t wait to get it. Very pleasantly surprised!

One item received damaged - replaced without quibble. On being told it would be replaced, a second item was ordered and received at the same time as the replacement. Both well packed, promptly delivered and in perfect condition. Will use the company again without hesitation

J’ai reçu la mauvaise commande qui m’a coûté 50€ pour rien, je les ai contactés et ils m’ont dit qu’ils m’avaient effectivement envoyé ce que j’avais commandé (alors que je suis certaine d’avoir choisi le bon article et j’avais vérifié plusieurs fois avant de payer) et que donc ils ne pouvaient me rembourser, mais qu’ils me proposaient une réduction de 30% si je recommandais le « bon » article. Bien évidemment, je ne l’ai pas fait, car j’avais déjà perdu assez d’argent sur leur site, et de toute façon la qualité de l’article reçu n’était vraiment pas bonne (cheap, fabriqué en Chine). A éviter.
