I’m dissatisfied because of the resending the item!!! I ordered a cell phone cover, and however I did put wrong apt number, but I had to wait 2 months before kalliegear received the item back to reship.The problem is Kalliegear wants to me pay more shipping, however, I was ok with that, but when I went to pay the $8 for extra shipping, it added 5.99 more, so Kalliegear offered 10% off. Still leads to paying $13 for reshipping… Kalliegear just keep the item and my $30, I will never order again, and I will keep writing bad reviews😡😡😡😡

I had a personalised mob phone cover made. It arrived quickly, it was exactly what I ordered & fitted my phone perfectly. J was delighted with it & would have no hesitation in using this company again.

EDIT ..Responding to your reply,it took me over a month to get my item,which you spelled wrong,told me it would be another month,I stand by my review!!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars,waited a month they spelled it wrong,but I would have to wait another month to have it fixed.said they would refund,charged my card AGAIN before I got refund,absolutely sucks!!!!

Well as I mentioned in FB. When you order from new vendor and pay you often think will I receive the merchandise or just get robbed. Well I was very happy when I received my purchased and it was so beautiful, just as I had requested. Thank you so much, I will look forward to making other purchases. Thank you though my dog was a Mutt, when I looked at the phone cover I felt as if I was looking at Shuvee, the ears were just like Shuvee. In your business you will always get, great reviews and always expect awful and hurtful ones but, I am a fussy buyer. And this purchase was picture perfect. Thank you, I had a cat too so I might just get a cover to change once in a while to a cat.

It took a while to get it but they stayed in touch with me. When I got it I was very pleased. It is absolutely beautiful!!! I love it and will gladly order from them again!!!

Excellent products. Love there designs. I've ordered a couple of there cups and had 8 of my dogs put on there. So cute is all i can say. They hold the cold really well also. I have put ice in them and in the morning there is still ice in the cup. Very easy to place orders with them.

We love our “pet caps!” The colors are vibrant and our pets are so cute. Customer service was awesome. It took a bit to have them made, which should be expected because they are very individualized. I’m thinking these can make great gifts so I’m planning on ordering a few more.

I have a rare breed dog so I loved the fact I could up load my favourite picture of him at no extra cost ! The mug/tumbler came quickly and it's made to last its the only mug I use and I've had it ages and it's the same condition as when I brought it. I don't often use the lid but it's seal is brilliant you can tip it upside down and it will not leak. I can't give this product enough praise its the best mug I've owned and that I've not managed to break also the art work is spot on what you see you get !

I have been ripped off twice by this company. My first hat didn't include the logo I wanted and not the color I ordered. The second hat din't have the name I selected for it - it had no name at all.

Saw a link for the hat I ordered on Facebook, followed link and ordered my hat, after a couple weeks hadn't heard anything so I messaged them, they took care of it immediately and I received my hat today. Very nice hat, and is exactly as I ordered it. Shipping time wasn't super fast, but I wasn't in any hurry anyway
