Today I flew from Dublin to New York with K9 JETS and honestly, it couldn’t have been better.

For weeks beforehand they were always on hand to help and make sure everything was sorted, which took so much of the stress out of the move. When I arrived at the airport I was met with such a lovely welcome, the pre flight checks were spot on, and the crew were just fantastic from start to finish.

The flight was smooth, deboarding was a breeze, and we landed in NYC feeling relaxed and so well looked after.

We can’t wait to fly with them again. Huge thanks to the team for taking such good care of us as we emigrate.

Questions before purchasing the ticket were answered promptly and professionally. The journey itself was smooth and easy. My senior dog had zero issues and was calm for the entire trip - even take off and landing. The other dogs on the flight also seemed to be relaxed. If one is relocating I would strongly recommend booking a K9 flight rather than a cargo option.

K9 Jets was a first class experience for me and my four legged kid, Paco. From start to finish, our journey with K9 Jets was nothing short of exceptional. Traveling internationally with a pet can be stressful, but K9 Jets turned it into a seamless, luxurious experience that exceeded every expectation.

The service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, from pre-flight communication to in-flight comfort. The staff treated Paco and I both as more than guests - we felt like family.

The food was first rate, well presented, with added touches of indulgence that reminded us we were flying private. Most importantly, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and truly pet-friendly. Paco was relaxed throughout, as were the other dogs and cats on board, which speaks volumes about the environment K9 Jets creates.

Well done K9 Jets for creating a remarkable experience for pet families.

K9 Jets stands alone as an exceptional service from start to finish. Upfront it might seem a total luxury but actually when one breaks down the costs the added security , peace of mind and door to door service it is in fact a priceless option when relocating ones pet.
Adam and Emma were nothing but superb to deal with. Even with a few unexpected curve balls that happened last minute ( no fault of K9 whatsoever ) things were dealt with in calm and positive manner.
My wife and our dog Frank were treated exceptionally well on their recent trip from Dubai to Milan ( 27-7-25) and we are all now enjoying the fresh air and rain in UK.

I recently flew with K9 Jets from Dubai to Milan with my dog, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism throughout the journey. What stood out the most was how clearly they care—not just about their clients, but about the dogs too.

You can really feel the attention they give to every detail. From the way they communicate to how they handle each part of the experience, it’s obvious they’re thoughtful and committed to doing things the right way.

Traveling with a pet isn’t always easy, but K9 Jets made me feel supported and confident every step of the way. I’m truly grateful for the experience and would absolutely fly with them again.

K9 Jets made a stressful move as least stressful as possible. Their staff could not have been better, so sweet, so kind and thoughtful to me and my Jimmy. The pilot even helped carry Jimmy (a 66lb black lab) up the stairs with me (Jimmy got a little nervous). Then it was all smooth sailing. The vendors K9 Jet recommended for the Health Certificate, paper work and airport pick up were truly the icing on the cake. Would recommend my whole experience over again.

My dog and I travelled from Dublin to Teterboro in July 2025. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend K9 Jets enough. They were always quick and responsive in any questions I had before the flight. The service at the airports and during the flight was top tier. K9 Jets made everything so easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend if anyone is flying with pets to use K9 Jets.

From the moment we booked our flight K9 were very helpful with organizing documents check. The day we arrived to the airport guys took care of us ! We had time to meet all the passengers our dogs had a great, calm atmosphere to play a bit before the flight . We had a sitting organized in a smart manner that all of us had a space and feeling comfortable with our pets during the flight ! The flight went smooth ,cabin crew were professional,kind and helpful! Great service of food,snacks,drinks as well as treats and water for our pets !
It’s a game changer in the life of people with pets . You travel without stress with your pet by your side!

For the future if it is possible to create a WhatsApp group for the people that travel with you , will be great to chat and ask questions between ourselves to help each other with tips and suggestions!
Small consideration, the emails sometimes were replied after some time if they will be answered promptly rather than this small thing , you are a stars and the service is outstanding! Many thanks , we were very lucky and happy to be on the first flight from Dubai to Milan !

I just moved to the UK from NY with my large dog, and K9 Jets was a godsend. When I started researching, I was completely overwhelmed by the process of moving internationally with a dog, especially our nervous rescue who we did not want to put in cargo.

K9 Jets made the process simple from start to finish, and the experience was really fun! We met some great dogs and owners, and the staff from bookings airport greetings to crew to checkout were patient, kind and professional.

I would absolutely recommend K9 Jets - we are so thankful for our safe and happy trip to London!

Thank you for flying Brewster and I safely from New Jersey to Geneva on 6/26/25. We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The greet staff were helpful and kind. The pilots and flight attendant were so friendly and made sure everyone had what they needed. The flight was so smooth and fast. My ears never popped and there wasn’t a loud background noise that I experience on commercial flights - it was quiet. Take off and landing were also smooth. Arriving in Geneva was so easy as the crew met us at the plane and helped each passenger get to their next destination. They gave Brewster a bowl of water and had us wait in a nice lounge while they called us a cab. The entire experience was worth every single penny. Brewster slept for almost the entire flight at my feet and a bit on my lap. Sincere thanks!! Sandi M.

Wonderful communication, impeccable customers service. The K9 Jets team made me feel at ease during a huge international move with my pup. They made the whole process seamless and comfortable for both my dog and I. We had a wonderful experience, and will use K9 Jets again for future moves.

Very supportive in making the booking and preparing everything, very welcoming and very attentive checking in and on the flight (a time for the dogs to get to know one another is a great idea). The atmosphere on the flight allowed my dog to relax and sleep. Altogether a great experience.

I’ve flown K9 Jets twice so far and both times my experience was seamless! Being able to check in so shortly before the flight & exit so quickly after, really reduces the stress of travel on my dog & myself. While in flight he’s happy & comfortable as am I. And I feel relieved to know he’s safe and sound as we take an 8 hour or longer flight. Everyone I’ve encountered from the company has been friendly and endlessly helpful. It’s an amazing idea, which has really helped me be able to travel long distances with my dog safely and comfortably. Im already planning my next adventure based on where K9 Jets flies!

Adam and Kirsty went above and beyond to help ensure that we were able to get our dog to London in time for her life-saving heart surgery. We flew NJ to London and then back home again on K9 Jets and had a truly fantastic experience. The flights were so comfortable and everyone we interacted with at K9 was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Being able to have my dog in-cabin with me both ways removed so much stress from such a difficult time and we felt so well looked after on both flights.

K9 Jets is a top level organization. I recently flew to Lisbon and my experience was fantastic. Before the flight, K9 Jets were quick to respond to all my requests.
My Dog was treated wonderfully and I will be using the service again!

This is an incredibly well run airline and a great company. I traveled in December from New Jersey to London. From start to finish they were responsive, assistive, and exceedingly pleasant. I originally planned for a trip with my 2 dogs, and when one of them died unexpectedly just 2 weeks before the flight, I received a very personal and kind message from the team giving me their condolences. The arrival process was very smooth as well, and they even had a personalized dog toy for my boy (and even gave us the one they had made for my dog that died, which may seem like a small gesture on their part but was very touching). They also worked really well with Pawsitive Pets to make sure our paperwork was all in order which gave me confidence that all would be well once we arrived in London.
Overall this is a wonderful way to travel with your pets. So very well worth the money and you are in great hands!

K9 Jets was a first class experience from start to finish. The team was fantastic in every respect beginning with accommodating our 195 pound Irish Wolfhound, Ozzy. Adam and Kristy were personally involved in many aspects of the preparations, and I was thrilled that Adam met us at our destination with a personal gift for our pet. The flight itself was exceedingly comfortable and the crew was first rate. We have already recommended this service to our friends, and we will certainly use K9 Jets when we return to the States.

Truly life changing to have Jimmie home with me, and the level of help you gave us through such a stressful time was second to none.
