Just Property Anmeldelser

Thank you so much to all the Just Property team for the sale of my house! Always there at the end of the phone when needed and prompt with whatever was being asked of them. Highly recommend!

Great estate agents who progressed the sale quickly.

Kyle and the team at the Hastings branch of Just Property were great. Very helpful and made the flat sale straightforward.

Superb communication and support from Just Property. Nothing but praise for how hard they worked to sell the property in Fairlight. Many thanks Ashley. Brilliant.

Just Property were a pleasure to work with from start to completion. Ashley managed the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home, and navigated all the bumps in the road with clarity and a saint like patience. Regular progress reports and updates, friendly, every question answered in a timely and informative way. Would use them again, but hope we'll never have to! Thanks Just Property for helping us find our dream home! Ib & Silvio

I would throughly recommend Just.We had great experience from all the team.
A few weeks in to the sale process we ran into problem which was rather stressful. But Kyle and Ashley used there experience navigated us through it.
Got us back on track and a successful outcome.

We recently sold our flat through Just property. They were excellent throughout the whole process, keeping us informed of progress at every stage. A big Thankyou to Ashley, Kyle , Austin and Issey who were great. Thank you.

We had a really positive experience with Just Property from start to finish. Ashley was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the entire process and regularly updated us on how our sale was progressing, which made everything feel much less stressful. Kyle was also extremely helpful in supporting us at the beginning of our journey to buying our first home and made the process easy to understand. Both Ashley and Kyle were approachable, easy to communicate with, and always replied promptly to any questions we had. We’re very grateful for their support and would happily recommend Just Property to others!

We were selling the house for an elderly parent after they moved into a nursing home and we didn't live in the area so needed a local agent we could trust. The team at Just Property managed everything for us keeping us informed along the way. They continued to support us through the pause caused by probate after our relative died, and kept prospective buyers aware of the situation whist the property marketing was paused. Then, once we were able to proceed again and had accepted an offer, they assisted us by keeping the sale on track through some unexpected issues which arose during the survey and helped to ensure that the sale progressed through to exchange of contracts. I would definitely recommend this agent based on our experience.

Ashley was helpful, communicative and kept us up to date on the process at each step - would definitely recommend.

Recommend the staff at the Hastings branch who have been brilliant again, even though this time the sell of the house was a bit more challenging than the last.
Can not thank you all enough.

We have recently moved into our first home with just property (Bexhill).
The team were very professional throughout and always answered any questions we had quickly and clearly.
Special thanks to Ashley hodd, who made the process as smooth as possible.
Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this agency highly enough; their attention to detail, professionalism, efficiency and execution are second to none. Throughout the whole process everyone I had dealings with seemed genuinely interested in my sale and purchase, and the fast response time and regular updates were appreciated.
Special thanks to Austin, who took the time to build an understanding of my circumstances, and whose fantastic photos ensured interest.
What stands out for me is that the whole Just team work closely together, so that you feel that everyone you talk to is invested in a successful outcome.
Just outstanding ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Having just bought and sold with Just Property I have to say they made the whole process a pleasure.
One of the partners came out to measure up and after giving some useful advice took some great photos that showed the property in the best light. From then on all the staff we dealt with made every effort to help keep things moving. We sold very quickly. When we were viewing the property we ended up buying, again the whole process felt very personal and unhurried with good advice on pricing our offers.
My partner has moved many times in the ladt 20 years and has always used Just Property for the reasons I have mentioned.
This was my 2nd time and I would not use anyone else. They are just so much better than any other estate agent I have used in the past. They give estate agents a good name. Thank you the whole team.

Just property helped us to get our dream home. From the initial viewings to helping us sell our home everyone was super helpful. When we had issues with our purchase the whole team were really helpful. We can't thank them enough.

Another successful buying and selling experience with just property.

Austin as usual was a great help, giving usful advice and taking fantastic photos.
The whole thing ran smoothly.
We also bought from them. Ben at there Fairlight office was fantastic, always helpful . I really couldn't have wished for a better experience.
Colin's 30+ Yrs in the estate agents business has definitely payed off, he and his team are fabulous.
Thank you all so much x

Austin was very proactive in matching our buyers to our property and we sold within 10 days of them viewing. From accepting their offer through to buying our new home, again through Just Property, the communication was excellent.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Just Property.

Just Property are a great friendly team who managed my sale beautifully from start to finish. They kept me updated on developments, calmed me down when I was panicking (and who wouldn’t freak out occasionally when you’re in an endless chain) and recommended the best surveyor and removals firm. Thank you Kyle.

Intrusive and Harassing Conduct during a Medical Emergency
"I am utterly appalled by the conduct of Just Property (Hastings). After getting muddled with a viewing location, I was met with rudeness over the phone. I clearly explained I could not continue further viewings as my 90-year-old mother was unwell. Despite this, a male staff member tracked me down on two separate occasions within a 20-minute window. He first confronted me in the street in Hastings Old Town at approximately 11:30 am. After I again declined, he tracked us down a second time inside a coffee shop 15 minutes later to continue pressuring me.
As a woman, I found being repeatedly followed and cornered in public intimidating, creepy, and a clear form of harassment—behaviour I doubt would be directed at a man. My mother was rushed to hospital that afternoon and remains an inpatient. Despite this, the agency’s only follow-up was a cold email complaining about their 'booked space' and a later dismissal stating they had 'done nothing wrong' as a 'family business.' I find their arrogant and predatory approach a disgrace. I will be reporting this incident to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and advise others to stay far away."
