Where do I start - I always buy Sho bottles but I really liked the design of thier bottles and the fact it was branded so decided to replace our daughter’s current Sho bottle with one of these. It was meant to be for her first day at school but we were going on holiday so decided to gift it to her early. My daughter only has pure water and we filled it to go on the plane. When we opened it on the plane it exploded water everywhere and would stop flowing with force like it had been pressurised. This happened numerous times on holiday covering us with water and eventually the bottom of the bottle had blown out so it wasn’t flush and could not be upright anymore. I contacted the seller three times. Once they replied telling me basically not to take it in a plane and ignored everything else I had said… they still have not replied to my last email. This bottle was a complete waste of money and I’ve just had to buy another bottle. Bad service and a poor quality product… I would recommend you look elsewhere.

The customization of products was so nice. The pacifier clip is the most useful item :)
I expected the comforter to be a bit bigger and the delivery a bit faster.
But apart from that really good quality products, beautiful colors and the customization really gives it that special touch!

Such a cute water-bottle i cant wait to gift it its small and easy for kids to hold and you can tell how good quality the bottle is!! Also really fast shipping came in a few days !! Will order again <3

I gave 2 stars for the beautiful design but other than that I’m not happy! I ordered two bottles one is perfect! One has never been used and first use it has leaked everywhere! I have contacted the company who have asked for videos etc which is fine, no problem. Then I’m asked to fix the lid myself and see if it stops leaking, these bottles are not cheap I don’t expect to buy something I then have to fix 🥴 especially at £15 a bottle, I expected quality which is why I ordered! Now I’m told after going back and forth for days they can send a black lid for a pastel pink bottle, it’s honestly not good enough! When I give my hard earned money for products I expect them to 1.work 2. Be what I’ve paid for. Won’t be ordering again and will probably have to do a charge back from my bank as they clearly don’t know how to deal with unhappy customers, if your product doesn’t work as described it’s your responsibility to fix it, not mine! UPDATE! I pointed out they were lying as previous reviews are complaining about lying and they said mine was the first to leak and i have now been accused of lying as I put liquid in the bottle and it leaked so I didn’t use it! But according to this company it had liquid in the video (big shock Sherlock, how would I know it was leaking!!) all instagram comments being deleted but no reply via instagram, finally had an email to return product for refund, not holding my breath on the refund! Absolute joke of a company, definitely not uk based! £15 for a water bottle I expect quality not cheaply made rubbish no matter how pretty if it doesn’t work it’s no good!

Loved all the items, high quality and they all arrived very fast. Whether it’s a gift or for your own baby, go for it!

The personalised weaning set is gorgeous and the quality is great. It made a perfect gift in the box it comes with and the recipient was very pleased. I also sent a query to customer service and was really impressed with how quickly I reveived a response. I would highly recommend!

Shipping it’s very fast and amazing pacifiers

Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience .
the delivery took so much time , also the answer time by email was ver bad , it took days to get answer . also I received the package in a very bad conditions it was very wet , and the local post but the package in separate bag . I have sent them email with photos and video of the package 7 days ago and I didn't get any answer !

Colors, font , calligraphy are all very beautiful. Quality is high. Everything is very beautiful.

Everything was fine until I realised that a claim (Made in UK) on a product page was false advertising. The only reason why I purchased the product was because I thought it was made in uk. When I received the product the label said made in China. I raised it with customer service who made the changes but didn’t offer me any compensation whatsoever. I wouldn’t spend this much money on a made in china bib when they are so cheap on other famous retailer sites. Very disappointed.

One of the items was ordered in a different color

Products are absolutely gorgeous to look at, however the plates and bowls that are supposed to stick to high chairs do not stick, when I brought up this issue I was sent a new product that had been “quality tested” but it didn’t stick either. However what they have been tested on is a granite work top which they do stick to. This is pointless because no high chairs are made of this. Despite of this I was refused a refund and only given a partial refund. Lovely looking products but don’t do what they say they do. Will be sticking to my usual bamboo products in future which are brilliant and stick perfectly to high chairs.
