I was a little nervous about ordering after reading other trust pilot reviews but the items arrived in perfect condition and beautifully gift wrapped. The quality of the water bottles is excellent (I ordered 5 in different designs) and even though there was a mistake with the dressing gown they rectified it very quickly. The hair brush and comb were also lovely. Will definitely use again. I picked next day delivery and it went smoothly.

Very disappointed with the quality. Both bottles are covered in dents, and the bottom of both bottles has become bulged, so they no longer stand upright properly. This is especially annoying for my children because every time they put the bottles down, they wobble and don’t stand straight.

It’s really disappointing, especially considering the price of these bottles. I expected much better quality and durability, and it’s frustrating that they are already damaged and no longer functioning properly after such a short time.

Very poor quality. I washed the dress only once at 30°C, and all the stitching came undone. The dress completely fell apart. I already submitted a complaint by email, but I haven’t received any response. Absolutely unacceptable, especially considering that the products are not cheap. Shameful quality and customer service.

Il pacco da me ordinato e posticipato di ulteriori 10 giorni alla consegna, è arrivato con qualche giorno di anticipo e come avevo precedentemente scritto nella mia prima recensione, ringrazio l'azienda Just Born per essere sempre stata presente alle mie richieste. Il prodotto da me ordinato è fantastico e rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione.

Beste mensen, bestel hier niks maar dan ook niks.. dit soort websites leveren totaal geen service.. ze adverteren met levering binnen 4 dagen, we zijn 2 weken verder en ik wacht nog steeds op mijn bestelling.. ik mail ze en vraag waar mijn bestelling blijft, ik krijg een politiek correct antwoord en excuses waar ik totaal niks aan heb.. producten zijn duur, bestelling komt heel laat of helemaal niet, communicatie en customer service is een dikke 0

Terrible service, it’s been 4 weeks and I still haven’t received the bottles. Customer service is shocking . No delivery and no refund do not order

The worst service I have ever received in my life. I ordered bottles months ago, they are unable to deliver and refuse to pay back. Super unresponsive. Do not trust them.

Item arrived broken and they refused to give a refund claiming their items don't break like that. After 30 emails and stress during pregnancy I managed to get a refund from my bank. Avoid

Water bottle arrived with a dent in it. I opened the parcel when I returned from holiday 5 days after it was delivered. Customer service said as I didn’t report this within 24 hours there was nothing they could do. They then went on to imply the water bottle did not arrive dented (politely telling me I am lying) and I must have dropped it and it is not a manufacturing issue. Even if this was the case you would not expect a £15 stainless steel water bottle to dent from dropping it so clearly is a manufacting issue but the item arrived like this anyway. They basically implied I was being dishonest and it didn’t arrive this way because I only reported it 5 days after delivery (the day I opened it after returning from holiday) and the photos of the delivery box didn’t look damaged. So yeah don’t order an overpriced water bottle because it will arrive dented. Horrendous customer service just like all of the other reviews which I wish I had listened to now!)

Dauert ewig. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, wir haben ein personalisiertes Kuscheltier als Geschenk vor einer Woche bestellt, erst heute wurde es Versand und laut DPD kommt es wahrscheinlich erst in 7-8 Tagen! Sowas hat man nicht mal mit Bestellungen aus den USA oder China. Absolut enttäuschend, wir müssen jetzt ein alternatives Geschenk finden, da es viel zu spät kommt.

I ordered a personalised bottle and it arrived with hair and dirt marks all over the lid. I reached out to the company and received a response where they basically said that their working environment was dirty and it would have happened during the packing of the item. After a few further emails where the company tried to justify sending a dirty item, I requested a refund. This was denied and they have since implied that I dirtied the bottle myself. Their customer service is atrocious if you have any type of issue. This is also shown in other reviews.

I purchased items for my daughter. Unfortunately, the courier did not deliver these correctly. They left them unattended despite asking them to leave with a neighbour. I asked them to leave with my next door neighbour as the area is a high traffic area and parcels have previously went missing. I had to contact several times via the contact form before getting any help - this went back and forth for a number of days and the customer service I received was quite poor. Due to this I wanted a refund - items had not arrived, past the date I needed them for and also the customer service was absolutely awful. Despite in every email asking for a refund - J BORN ignored this and sent a replacement to my local shop. I refused to accept these as this is not what I wanted. Today I was called and was told “this is not what happens” “I know your kind of people” “it’s not a high traffic area” etc. The man was literally screaming down the phone like a lunatic and I asked him was he implying I was a thief. He told me he sees the area which isn’t high traffic and insinuated I was lying to him and I have received my items already which is why I wanted a refund. My question to him is if I had wanted to “steal” from his business why would I have requested these NOT be left and be left with a neighbour. I did not know these wouldn’t be left unattended if I had requested a neighbour. He kept saying to me “this is the end of this” as if he had done me a favour after shouting at me. His English was poor and communication became abusive in to which I admittedly at this point lost the absolute plot after he called me a thief and says he knows people like me. This was all on loud speaker with my friend present. After I got off the phone VISIBLY furious he text Jennifer collect your parcel. One of the reasons I wanted a refund which was understandable after delayed delivery, poor customer service and similar items being purchased already. He said I did not live in a high traffic area despite my flat being adjourned with an air b&b. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I’m so disappointed as my first ever order with them went so smoothly and I really do like their products and quality of them but would never re-order I am absolutely shocked a grown man phoning a young female screaming and telling me he won’t help and he knows the item was delivered.

I ordered gifts for my friend with customised name on items.
They sent an item with incorrect name on it.

Sent them email to resend the correct item to them but they have not responded to me.

Never received my items as Evri lost my package. Sent all evidence to JBORN via email, instagram & WhatsApp however, they said they need to investigate on their end. Evri stated I need to contact the sellers to resolve the issue but still no luck.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, COURIER HAS LOST MY ORDER AND THEY WONT SEND ANOTHER ONE OR GIVE ME A REFUND.

They keep sending a generic response

Leider habe ich mich mit der Größe verschätzt und die Häschen sind für meine Kiste etwas zu groß.
Die Qualität und die Verpackung sind auch gut.

After placing and fully paying for my order from Just Born for my baby items, I later found out they are now using a shipping company called Evri. After my order was already processed and shipped, I was suddenly told that I had to pay an additional $40 in extra duties and fees in order to receive my package.
This was never clearly explained to me before checkout or payment.
At this point, it feels very misleading that after customers pay for their order, they are then asked to pay even more money just to receive their items.
I have tried reaching out through messages and customer service, but I still have not received a real resolution.

As a mother expecting my baby very soon, this situation has been extremely stressful and disappointing.

I ordered some personalised pacifiiers, and when it arrived it was covered in long strands of hair! Although in the moment i removed the hairs, they refuse to investigate the matter and therfore only giving 10% off my next order. Why would i consider ordering again if i am not happy with the outcome of this order? As a first-time mum to be, I was really excited to receive this but unfortunately my first impression was upsetting. In future, as a company, I think its really important to take hygiene seriously and perhaps buy a cover to cover the pacifier tip to avoid this hapening again.

I ordered a personalized gift box on Saturday and it was delivered by Tuesday - so fast! Such a cute box, wrapped with love and really great quality.
Now I’m joking (or not) that I need another baby, because mine is too old, just to order the same adorable thing again 😂 Love it!!
