All went well including communication as I have been given information through out the repairs to the dat I collected the car.

Great experience from start to end (from first telephone call, throughout the process, and to vehicle return) - a very friendly and professional team, I was kept up to date with progress of works, very efficient, great repair work. Recommend.

I was not happy collecting car was so hard because the direction was so poor again my cat light was affected by the accident. You did not fix that now I have to do it myself. I was not pleased with the office girls

Okay service, car was fixed without any issues. However I wasn’t updated as regularly as I would have hoped. I had to phone up as my car was due to be returned to me that day and they informed me that it was not ready and was not due back for another 3 working days. I had to go back to my rental car company as they were chasing me to return the car that day, and luckily was able to extend the contract.

My car went in for a complete new rear bumper and trim. The work was outstanding with the spray job absolutely spot on. Communication was also fantastic, as we were kept in the loop as to the status of the repairs throughout the week. Thank you!
