Prompt collection service, repairs done to a high standard and vehicle cleaned before I collected

JS coachworks have been great from start to end of circumstance. All staff - office, body shop, etc have been friendly, efficient, kept me up to date with process and at no point felt I couldn’t make contact if I had questions/ queries. Collection and delivery of my vehicle offered as standard. Seamless experience. Would definitely recommend company to others.

I was kept fully informed of the process. The staff I spoke to were very polite I am not sure I could ask for more.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Kept well informed via emails and texts about my progress with my car repairs. My car came back good as new.

Mixed experience. They are clearly technically very proficient and do a first class job of the repair itself. And some of the staff are really professional and clearly strive very hard to make it a great customer experience. My experience was marred by two people who were rude and unhelpful, ignored calls/didn't call back as promised, and a general blind spot when it comes to managing expectations: Such a shame because it could be a great company and this review could have been 5-star.

Bad conduct on the final delivery of the vehicle after all the good work painting of the vehicle body , the parking sensor in the rear bumper was out of place which is unacceptable after a painting repair which the bumper was included… and that to be repaired after a small discussion with the employee of the repair work shop garage …

Totally unacceptable

Just got my car back after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier. The repair shop was super professional from start to finish. The driver who picked up and returned the car was great, and they kept me updated the whole time. The car looks amazing — very satisfied with the service!

I acquired the services of JSC as they were on a panel used by my insurer. I had a very pleasant experience right from all the staff from the reception right through to the staff in the garage .
They kept me updated regularly throughout the process of my repair . On receving my vehicle I must emphasise the finished work was a testament to their dedication commitment and precision to their work. You can see they use a very exquisite quality of materials in repairing the damage.
