Well where do I start with JS coachworks sidcup, from the receptionists to the engineering team to the delivery drivers! The service received was first class.

I had my truck repaired there through an insurance claim and the works carried out were amazing. The truck was involved in another unfortunate accident parked on the road and I requested the truck go back to JS and once again the job they have done is again brilliant I can’t thank you enough. The whole team are very thoughtful even preparing a piece of kit that I need to change myself and making it easy for me to do!

For GDPR purposes I can’t mention names but the employees I have dealt with in these departments have been exemplary

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job of the repair, the car was like new and immaculate when I received it back, can’t recommend highly enough.

Good communication, good repair. Very helpful in terms of letting me have the car back whilst waiting delivery for a minor part and then fitting it is quick time when it arrived. Proper service which seems to be rare nowadays.

So glad the Third Party insurers sent us to JS! They’ve been brilliant as they were when we were hit before and can’t fault their communication or the work they do. Recommended

A professional and friendly service and the repair seems to be first class. However the estimated time was 7 to 10 working days. It appears the job was quite simple and only took 4 hours. A better time estimate would assist a customer to plan their arrangements.
