I've been really impressed with the service I got from Param and Luke at John&Co. As an existing tenant, I reached out with a request recently, and they both handled it really professionally and politely from start to finish.

Param was quick to acknowledge my query and kept me in the loop the whole way through, so I never felt like I was chasing anyone for a response. Luke picked up my request and followed up with clear, helpful communication, making sure everything got sorted smoothly.

Both Param and Luke were friendly, patient with my questions, and actually took the time to understand what I needed instead of just ticking a box. Made a stressful process way less stressful!

DO NOT USE THESE EVER!! Me and my friend rented an apartment for a year no trouble, but when we moved out, silence no one spoke to us about getting our deposit back. We’ve been contacting each other on emails for 2 MONTHS now still nothing! Me and my roommate are literally almost begging for it and Thomas Chan does not respond to emails after days we have to call the office to get his attention as obviously he doesn’t answer the phone as he is too much of a coward to speak to us on the phone lol. Anyway moral of the story do not rent from these ever.

Rayan and team were expert guides for us as landlords in London. Kristen and Miyah, alongside Rayan, demonstrated great responsiveness and teamwork to secure our tenants. Valuable counsel on pricing and process meant an as-smooth-as-possible experience which can be complex at the best of times. Also to call out Rayan for going the extra mile while responding to questions on holiday. Very happy to recommend Rayan and team going forward.

Very disappointing experience. The goalposts were changed after the tenancy began, with Johns&Co attempting to charge a "renewal" fee despite there being no renewal, the tenancy simply continued automatically under the new legislation. Their response was that, as a "goodwill gesture", they'd only charge the fee monthly instead of annually. I found this approach unreasonable and have since terminated my relationship with the agency.

I recently sold my property through JOHNS&CO and had the absolute pleasure of working with Reggie Chung. Alongside the sale, Reggie expertly managed the checkout process and deposit proposal for my previous tenancy, which had been in place for 9 years.

Navigating the end of such a long tenancy could have been complicated, but Reggie handled everything flawlessly. Communication was always clear, the advice was spot-on, and Reggie took all the stress out of the transition. It is rare to find a property manager so dedicated and detail-oriented. A massive thank you to Reggie for a completely seamless experience. 5 stars!

They will try to steal all of your money.
They will attempt to claim you installed things in the apartment that were already there and take your money for it. So make sure you have photos of EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING in the apartment. Other stuff they will claim existed in the apartment when it never did - and try to take your money for it. Basically what i am saying is EVERY SINGLE DEDUCTION they tried to make on my deposit was proveably false and over exaggerated. They tried taking it all and only have me back my deposit after i threatened legal action. Also dont ever expect anything to be fixed in a timely mâner - or at all. I lived with broken tables , cabinets, etc, that they refused to fix, but also wouldn’t let me throw away.

Staff also never answer their e-mail. You’ll get those “I’m away from office” automatic replies and then never get a call back. So if you need something from them spam call or just walk into the office.

I approached this letting agent in regards to moving into a property they had advertised. Upon letting them know my salary, they tried claiming the listed price was no longer applicable and told me an offer 15% higher would get it done. After this, after 5 working days the landlord pulled out of the deal. A further two weeks have gone by without any sign of my holding fee being returned, any time of asking I am told it’s another delay.

Steer clear of doing business with this company.
