The JC team all are very proactive and professional and can quickly handle so sort of need across the rental business and relief a lot of trouble for me. Especially, Candice and Amber indeed give a lot of support. It is a very great choice when anyone wants to seek a nice place to stay.

Peter Ogundare ensured we had everything done in time to complete sale of our apartment including a tricky fire door that should have been sorted months ago. He pulled out all the stops to get it fixed and compliant.

Firstly Mr Claudiu was excellent in helping us locate an apartment which matched our expectations and very helpful in responding to any questions. Miyah Reid was very approachable and helpful in any questions we had regarding bills setting up things. Lastly, our property manager Mr Yantong Lin was excellent in having the issues we reported having fixed in a timely fashion.

I have a property at 84, Marco Polo Tower 6 Bonnet Street, London, under which John & Co. is managing for me. Recently, I was informed by Wai Yau, the Senior Compliance Administrator of John & Co. of the soon expiry of the Rent and Legal Protection insurance policy. With Wai's help and excellent service, the aforesaid policy has been successfully renewed. I would like to thank Wai Yau and his team for the efforts and excellent performance.

I don’t even want to give one star. Leah Kayenga, or whoever is being the property agent , has absolutely no respect for tenants’ privacy. They brought prospective clients to view the house without showing any consideration or professionalism.

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Their behaviour was disrespectful, inconsiderate, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better communication and respect for tenants’ rights, but instead I was treated with a complete lack of courtesy. I would not recommend dealing with them based on my experience

Great service and client management from the lettings team, overall communication is always clear and have the best interest for their customers.
