Savannah has been a really helpful and responsive estate agent for my partner and I. She kept us updated with properties that matched our interests and eventually found exactly what we were looking for. She always responded to calls and helped and reassured us throughout the contract process. Destini also helped close out documents which was a smooth process. Can’t fault Johns&Co for their work on getting us our flat.

Alexandra was an outstanding agents to work with. She was always polite and ready to offer her assistance without being pushy. Many other agents seemed to only care for sealing the deal and were very pushy. Once it seemed they were not going to get it they became dismissive. Alexandra’s positive attitude played no small part in our decision to pursue this tenancy.

Irene Tam provided very good service. She is enthusiastic, highly responsible, works diligently, and is very patient. She communicates well and actively helps tenants resolve issues. Highly recommended 👍

My partner and I rented a studio flat through Johns & Co. The process went smoothly from the viewing stage through to signing the contract. However, issues began after we paid the move-in funds.

There was a clear lack of communication, particularly regarding next steps for the handover. We repeatedly tried to contact the letting negotiator via email and phone but received no response. Eventually, we had to call the office directly just to understand what actions were required.

On the day of check-in, there was no one available to assist or liaise with us at the property. Upon entering the flat, we discovered numerous issues, including a broken fridge, damaged furniture, rubbish left on the balcony, and several non-functioning lights.

Most concerning is that many of these problems were inaccurately recorded in the inventory report, which described the items as being in good condition when they were not.

We have now been living in the flat for one month, and we are still chasing the agency to remove the broken furniture and clear the rubbish from the balcony, as was indicated in the inventory report.

Many thanks to Irene Tam who quickly solved a security issue and report back quickly. I'm glad to work with a Property Manager like her.

When there are problems with my house, you will reply to me very quickly and help me fix them.

Sam was honestly amazing throughout the whole process of finding a flat in Battersea Power Station for me, my son and my dog.

He was super helpful, always quick to reply, and answered every single question I had without ever making it feel like too much. He really went above and beyond to make things work and keep everything smooth.
