Sam and Chantè have been really helpful! We couldn’t figure out how to lock the door in our new flat properly and they are very prompt in responding to our issue. Sam contacted the landlord quickly and Chantè came to our flat to make sure the lock is working properly. The team also contacted the landlord for a second cleaning as when we moved in, some parts of the flat is still not properly cleaned. Great experience so far. Really happy JOHNS&CO is our agent!

Honestly this has been the most pleasent and efficient experience I've ever had, from start to finish communication was outstanding. Daniel Badu is really in a league of his own and I'm forever grateful for the way he has handled everything (including getting me into the property just over a week after vieweing) Miyah Reid was also so incredibly helpful and efficient. I’ve had a nightmare experience with [中介名称] since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time.

What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance.

If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.
