not happy

I love Jiffy I do, but i sent files to print as is sublimation to press on clip boards so i need to names to read backwards and K needed them to print mirror. and two time s now they have sent me prints wrong i need to talk to a human person

I have been a loyal Jiffy customer

I have been a loyal Jiffy customer for quite some time, but unfortunately my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My order was delayed due to shipping issues, and the DTF transfers I received were not produced according to the instructions I provided. The image quality was incorrect, which resulted in multiple rounds of back-and-forth communication and unnecessary delays while trying to get the issue resolved.

As a small business owner, these delays impacted my ability to meet my customer's deadline, making the experience even more frustrating.

The one bright spot throughout this process was the customer support. The support agents Rosa & Jada were professional, responsive, and maintained excellent communication. They took the time to investigate my concerns, kept me updated, and genuinely worked to find a resolution. Their dedication and willingness to help are the reasons I'm giving more than the lowest rating.

I sincerely hope Jiffy improves its quality control and shipping reliability because the customer service team deserves a product and process that matches the level of support they provide.

While the quality is good

While the quality is good, the final product is not. It was a design to go on a tshirt for a school camp and the dtf was printed with a tshirt in the background of the image, so we have a tshirt with a tshirt on the front.

Speedy delivery

Speedy delivery, two of the designs were cut too close to the actual design, snipping off an edge. But worked fair enough for the quick turnaround needed.

I order shirts and prints

I order shirts and prints. My prints weren't on my shirts. For a person who's it's there first time time ordering prints. It should be an easy away to want prints added to shirt. I paid a good penny, and prints wasn't on shirts.
I irony prints on shirts and they're bleeding through.
