Jiffy products and service have always been great .. quality and quick turn around
However , shipping has been a disaster ..
The vinyl decals that come via Canada post are always on time or even earlier that expected .. the clothing that is shipped via UPS is never on schedule , items are listed as out for delivery in my city (not a big city either) and take days to finally get delivered… and the last 2 orders have been delivered one street over from mine… thankfully that person is honest and has brought my package over.
So jiffy is great … choosing UPS as one of your couriers is not

I like Jiffy overall but misleading delivery dates
I really like Jiffy overall, but one thing that consistently frustrates me is the misleading delivery dates. The website prominently advertises “Get it by tomorrow,” making it sound like next-day delivery is available. However, as soon as I go to checkout, the delivery date changes—often by one or more days.
For example, on one order the product page clearly stated “Get it by tomorrow” (July 23), but when I reached checkout, the earliest available delivery date was July 24. This isn’t an isolated incident—it happens with virtually every order I place. Sometimes the actual delivery ends up 3–4 days later than the date initially advertised.
I understand that estimated shipping can change, but advertising a guaranteed-looking date that isn’t actually available at checkout feels misleading. If next-day delivery isn’t truly available for my order or location, the website shouldn’t display it so prominently. I’d much rather see an accurate delivery estimate upfront than get my hopes up only to find out it’s not an option.
I love Jiffy’s products and pricing, but I hope they improve the accuracy and transparency of their shipping estimates because it’s one of the most frustrating parts of ordering from them.

I was supposed to receive my shirts the…
I was supposed to receive my shirts the next day.... had conformation, I did not receive util 4 days after.... missed my deadline to get the shirt completed they were do Saturday. I only ordered because I could not find the color around town.... and you never let me down before.... Now I'm stuck with color shirts that rarely is asked for.
