I had my order the next day! The quality was way better than I expected. The colors were bright and vivid. The HTV went on so easy. Will definitely be placing another order.

My DTF transfer order contained 8-10 misprinted transfers. Luckily I ordered extra because they had to be thrown out.

Customer service needs to get it together!
I placed an order and it takes over an hour to see the mock up. I can’t see my notes and you can’t make changes after an half hour. I am 99% sure my notes were correct but my mock up was still wrong and since there is no number to call, I could only use the chat. The only thing they could do is give me a link for a refund but you need a picture, which of course I didn’t have because the product didn’t ship yet. I have spent so much money with this company because when they get it right, it’s great but the constant back and forth and the inability to get in touch with someone is terrible. I will know longer order transfers from them. I’ve wasted too much money and time and at this point could have bought my own dtf printer.

Transfers came in a timely manner
Transfers came in a timely manner, but were missing the correct instructions need for application. Also I paid extra for them to be cut. The transfers came cut but were cut crooked and out of square which causes production issues trying align them on a heat press.

Overall Good
The transfers service is awesome, images come out really nice. It would be great if all items in the cart counted towards free shipping but that is not the case so the fees can add up.
