JG Pest Control Anmeldelser

JG Pest Control were easy to contact and very helpful. After the date was arranged to carry out the work they phoned to let me know what I needed to do before they arrived, and what work would be carried out. They arrived on time and where very polite and professional, and kept me up to date on the progress.

We had excellent communication from Alistair on the day of his visit. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. His work was very thorough.

Aaron was quite quick and helpful friendly and caught the culprit hopefully gone for good

I arranged for a visit from JG to deal with mice. Graham attended and was really helpful in explaining the strategy to control the mice. He put down bait boxes and after a look around the property recommended various other measures that we can take ourselves.

Regular update leading upto visit from office was good. The technician Gemma's was on time and her attention to detail was very good, nothing was any problem for her to sort out including advice on going forward. Hopefully the infestation is now under control and the final visit will prove it!

Adam let me know he was on his way and was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient! Removed the source of the problem, an empty birds nest, and treated the associated mites in the house swiftly. Great job, thank you! ☺️

Ashley was incredibly polite, friendly, reassuring and as honest as he could be.
Unfortunately despite 2 sprays, we are no closer to a resolution and have to spend on further and more exspensive treatment

Here’s me thinking the only concerns I had in life was Starmer, Reeves and now Burnham. I was wrong, we own a small camping BBQ, which proved to be an ideal home for a wasps nest site. My 79 year old wife rang JG Pest Control for advice etc, Yes they Turned up promptly, yes he was professional in Killing them all with a spray through the air holes in the base, yes a really nice guy. He was here for approximately 20 minutes. The payment request arrived today. At £179 this places them in a never call back again situation, the initial call didn’t mention VAT but even £150 would also be steep for 20 mins work, bit of spray and journey of 8 miles from Gloucester to Cheltenham. How did they quote on a job without seeing what was needed, and not also inform that VAT would be added. I have now added JG to the robbers at the start of this review. Hopefully someone will ring with or send an email with a breakdown of costs or a goodwill gesture of a reasonable refund from the £8.95 per minute invoice (including VAT).
