Thomas is a Very cheerful helpful young man and answered numerous questions. Very pleased with the work and very grateful to be rid of my bugs.

My home was invaded by bed bugs and required several treatments to finally end the problem -- not because the treatments weren't effective, but because bed bugs are so tough. I received excellent customer care, particularly from Sam, who stayed in constant communication, and reassured me that the service would continue until the bugs were eradicated. I was visited by different technicians who were all understanding, non-judgemental, and willing to share tips so that I could be somewhat active in battling the bugs. It's a horrendous situation to find yourself in, and I appreciated the attention my home was given. It's very hard these days to find trustworthy companies who do the job they initially promised to do.

Graham arrived on time, was polite at all times and after quickly assessing what was needed advised me to retire to a safe distance as his wasp killer is far stonger than you can buy your self and then treated the wasp infestation. a professional service.

The technician arrived promptly and was very communicative and friendly assuring us he will return if needed.
Who knows if this visit was final but he was very efficient with the spraying.

Our visit today by Mike Simpson restored our faith in JGPest control.
He was very methodical in his approach to our problem and took the time to check all possible entry to our property of the predictor recommending improvements along the way.
Mike informed us of what he thought the predictor was and the next steps reassuring us he would be back in a week or thereabouts after giving time for his treatment to work.
He also said they JGPest will continue to visit until the situation has been resolved. Again very reassuring.

The young lad was very polite and answered all our questions in plain english.also took my son all around our property to show just where problems are.and how to rectify it.very good all round professional work and respect.would recommend to any one with this sort of problem.

Ben from JG Pest Control arrived on time. He was courteous and efficient and sorted out the immediate problem without fuss.

Aaron came out for our second visit he explained the next steps needed to get rid of the wasps nest. He was very friendly and courteous.

I was very happy with Danny who was very helpful & left 4 bait boxes well hidden from young kids. However the window I was given to advise me when the technician would come was completely inaccurate. With many people working & trying to facilitate entrance to property this needs to be more accurate. Fortunately Danny didn’t need access to the inside otherwise I would have been charged!

We found Phil very good. But don’t really understand the whole process. Where the cockroaches originate from. My tennents now have no boiler. Can I go ahead and put a new boiler installed or do we have to wait . Please advise.

Communication was excellent by both email and SMS messages. The technician arrived on time and was very polite and efficient. All in all a good company do business with.

Chris kept me informed of his arrival time and on arriving explained what action he would take to eliminate the Mole issue. Very happy with the visit today, I would highly recommend the Company if you have a pest problem.

Paul was a very pleasant man , who explained exactly what he had done in our loft, as this was the second time the nest was treated, also what to do if there's still activity after seven days, thank you Paul for hopefully sorting this out, as we are two 83 year olds we appreciated having the procedure explained
