Good service, very professional. The updates on Shaun's arrival time were very helpful. Shaun had no problem getting into a small space to find the wasp nest and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

After trying to deal with the dreadful robotic "office system", it was a change to deal with an actual person . Paul was helpful with information regarding the next steps that needed to be taken to alleviate the vermin problem, and was professional throughout.

AVOID! It took 3 efforts to remove wasps and some still remain. On the third visit, the young operator (who was absolutely lovely and apologised) accidentally sprayed the pesticide across the wall and roof. Accidents happen. My issue is not with him but with complete rudeness and ineptitude of customer services when I raised it. I needed it cleaned up!? I was also sent round the houses with AI, texts, and WhatsApp auto replies which had nothing to do with my issue. Customer services requested photos which I sent and they were ignored. I spoke to two people today, neither of whom apologised. They just sounded irritated and bored. I have spent all weekend cleaning up the pesticide as we have 2 cats! When I asked if they could at least tell me the ingredients she gave the name of the powder and told me to Google what is in it?! I've spent a fortune on cleaning equipment and wasted a weekend. Atrocious. Will seek refund but little hope of that being approved. AVOID!

Managed to get rid of a very awkward large wasp nest which was high on roof by chimney with jutting eaves. Arrived promptly and managed to arrange appointment quickly
