JG Pest Control Anmeldelser

Good service, very professional. The updates on Shaun's arrival time were very helpful. Shaun had no problem getting into a small space to find the wasp nest and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

He was a very friendly man and he knows what he’s doing

After trying to deal with the dreadful robotic "office system", it was a change to deal with an actual person . Paul was helpful with information regarding the next steps that needed to be taken to alleviate the vermin problem, and was professional throughout.

AVOID! It took 3 efforts to remove wasps and some still remain. On the third visit, the young operator (who was absolutely lovely and apologised) accidentally sprayed the pesticide across the wall and roof. Accidents happen. My issue is not with him but with complete rudeness and ineptitude of customer services when I raised it. I needed it cleaned up!? I was also sent round the houses with AI, texts, and WhatsApp auto replies which had nothing to do with my issue. Customer services requested photos which I sent and they were ignored. I spoke to two people today, neither of whom apologised. They just sounded irritated and bored. I have spent all weekend cleaning up the pesticide as we have 2 cats! When I asked if they could at least tell me the ingredients she gave the name of the powder and told me to Google what is in it?! I've spent a fortune on cleaning equipment and wasted a weekend. Atrocious. Will seek refund but little hope of that being approved. AVOID!

Managed to get rid of a very awkward large wasp nest which was high on roof by chimney with jutting eaves. Arrived promptly and managed to arrange appointment quickly

Quick and very helpful

Simple and clear and fast, very professional

very pleasant guy kept me informed as to what he was doing and what we needed to do moving forward.

Talking to AI, which seems to be bit stupid, given run around told will get visits every 2 weeks then that changed to 3 weeks ,they start off prompt and friendly but as time goes on they slacken off and become un bothered will not recommend

they were polite and helpful

Danny was terrific in explaining the process, providing us with advice and evaluating the degree of immediate in we faced. His confidence, competency and friendliness provided us with the knowledge and confidence and reassurance we needed to get over our doubts and fears about the outcome of the treatment. It turned out as best as we could have hoped for.

The pest controller was prompt and efficient. It was a tricky job and the wasp nest wasn’t easy to access, but he worked hard and quickly retrieved the nest. He didn’t forget to warn us and my immediate neighbours, about possible angry wasps returning to find the nest gone during the next hour or two. Very sensible.

Adam arrived even earlier than expected and was really helpful, explaining everything that needed doing. I'm satisfied that the pest problem will be dealt with efficiently

Ryan is friendly and reassuring. Kept me updated on the time he was to arrive. Just hope it’s rectified my problem 🙏🏻

Great service and eliminated the wasp nest

Good prompt professional service. Kept us informed throughout the process by text and email. Company was quick to respond to queries and acted accordingly. Alex was friendly, responsive, professional and informative on his visits. Thank you for your help.

Both guys very friendly and efficient.

Kieron was very helpful and came around on a Sunday to find where mice were getting into our house. He sealed the gaps and laid bait throughout the ceiling. We're very grateful for his assistance as the mice had eaten into one of the hot water pipes triggering a leak.

Very good 👍and helpful

Friendly, but I'll check the result later when I get home in four hours.
