The 2 Guys came and explained what they will be doing with the chemical spray, and how long we need to be away from the property and the aftercare when they had finished

We woke up to the sound of pitter patter from our loft only to discover a bird flying around. Billy came over within a few hours and was able to highlight an area of loose tiling that the bird had probably used to enter the loft. Lovely chap, very personable. We would highly recommend.

Mike arrived as planned, dealt with the problem quite quickly and kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the, including instructions for the hours following the treatment. Great service, thankyou

I found the whole process very easy from my initial phone call to the visit from Graham. The phone call explained what to expect. I knew what day they were coming and I had a message to say they were on the way. Graham did a quick check to see what he was dealing with. He did it in a very respectful way. He will return again if necessary.

Inspected the property and the drains,

Set some bait under the kitchen units and offered some advice on possible points of entry.

Adam arrived quickly and on a Saturday. He kept us up to date with his ETA and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was eager to help and made us feel very at ease with the whole process.

Very quick response - visited the same day we called. Helpful, friendly man, happy to travel through the un boarded loft placing bait.

Ashley, the technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful and arrived on time for survey and treatment visits. He was very encouraging and grateful that we had prepared the house for his visit.
Communications with Head Office were frustrating as we initially had to speak to a bot, and only after insisting on speaking to a real person did we get answers appropriate for the job we had booked.
The documentation related to general moth control and so we followed instructions to do far more preparation than was necessary for carpet case moths. This was very annoying.
Given that the treatment was completed in only 20 minutes, we felt that the cost of the job was far too high.

The guy was very professional

Explained clearly what he was going to do in regards to the work, and was polite.

Ryan and his mate turned up on time and sorted out a nasty wasps nest. They were quick and efficient. Rayan was very friendly and helpful, he explained what I could expect and the cautions I should be aware of.

Ryan and a colleague came out on time to deal with a wasp nest in the gutter, both were friendly and professional help us exclude the possibility of it having reached the loft, and finished treating the nest within 20 minutes
