Unlike most shop bought the quality does not start to go rapidly downhill. However i do miss the small sized potatoes which seem to have been conspicuous in their absence this season.

Richardson’s Jersey Royals are proudly grown on the island of Jersey by one of the island’s oldest farming families, with a heritage dating back to the early 1500s. Built on generations of knowledge and care for the land, our approach combines traditional farming values with modern techniques to produce Jersey Royals of exceptional quality and flavour. Our potatoes are carefully hand picked and gently handled to protect their delicate skins, before being washed and packed using a unique system designed to preserve freshness and taste. From field to fork, every step is focused on delivering the authentic Jersey Royal experience that has made them so highly regarded. We grow all of our crops to LEAF Marque standards, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and soil health. Our use of liquid seaweed as part of our growing process supports both the land and the flavour and texture of our potatoes. Whether purchased locally or delivered directly to your door, Richardson’s Jersey Royals are a true taste of Jersey: fresh, distinctive, and produced with care at every stage.

Second order, arrived exactly when expected. Beautiful potatoes! Quality was perfect and extremely tasty. Recently bought some from a well known supermarket and they were dismal. If you want quality tasty jersey royals I would highly recommend!

This was the first time i used…
This was the first time i used Richardson's for these potatoes and having been very disappointed from potatoes from local supermarkets i was pleasantly surprised.Their potatoes are excellent,far more usable sizes and very hard unlike supermarkets which are normally all small sizes and spongy to the touch.I cannot recommend them highly enough if you like Jersey's,i have had them for almost a week and still they are nice and hard so still many days left in storage.Delivery was very quick and you are informed at every part of the journey.Excellent potatoes that i will certainly order again A+++++

Ordering was easy and the potatoes were delicious. I cooked them with plenty of salt and a good handful of fresh mint and enjoyed them both hot and cold the next day with butter. I will order again.

So delicious they were eaten that night!
The potatoes arrived packed carefully and smelling outstanding. We really wanted to take our time to really savour them but ate the lot, smothered in butter and some salt that night!

Potatoes are absolutely fabulous
Potatoes are absolutely fabulous, however using Evri as a courier is a disaster.
This is the second time they have “lost” my order and although Richardson’s replaced their loss, there has been a delay of 5 days getting my order. Consequently I had to purchase from elsewhere. Sorry but whilst Evri are used, I will not be buying from Richardsons
