Bought white and gold flatware set, spoon, fork, knives. Separately, purchased gold and white chopsticks. I have used for about 1.5 years. All the gold brushed paint has completely turned silver and the white paint has all flaked. Claims to be dishwasher safe. Very unsafe to ingest the chemicals that come off of the eating utensils. Additionally, the white flaking paints gets everywhere on all other silverware and can be ingested. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Most beautiful silverware set. I got the one in gold. The quality is exceptional and it’s heavy stainless steel. What I didn’t expect is how great and amazing their customer service is. I needed a replacement and it arrived before I knew it. So easy to get in touch with them. They responded to my email right away. I will definitely be purchasing in the future. Very pleased with product and service! Thank you so much!!

I was gifted a set of the gold minimalist flatware and loved it so much I decided to buy more and make these my every day utensils. They feel nice and sturdy, and are clearly of high quality. We use them often and clean them in the dishwasher all the time and so far no problems. I bought the silver utensil set too and the minimalist dinnerware set. I’m so happy with the entire line of products. I get compliments every single time on everything: the mugs, the bowls, the utensils,… if you are debating I highly recommend making the purchase. Their customer service is AWESOME, I’m super grateful for Shawn who really helped us out and went above and beyond when I had issues with my order (not on their end at all). I’m excited to keep adding to my collection from JazzUpCo and recommending this brand to my friends and family!

There is not much to say about any products I have received from JazzUpCo, other than they are phenomenal quality. They look so good, and are very sturdy! I'm hoping they keep this quality as they go in and out of the dishwasher over the years. Until then, I'll keep ordering.

I recently purchased the gold flatware and noticed a small scratch on one of the spoons. They quickly sent a replacement. Then, I was searching for gold trimmed dinnerware sets and saw a photo on their instagram of a beautiful emerald one but it was no longer on their website. I reached out to ask, not thinking anything would come if it, but they were able to track down the pieces in their international warehouse and I was able to purchase it! In love with all the pieces!

I received my order within a few days of ordering. Yay! Second, I’m so pleased with my Minimalist set that I’m going to order another. The design is chic and modern yet timeless, complimenting my tablescape. The flatware is of good quality and have nice weight to them. I can’t wait to entertain my guests with this set!

Disappointing. I was sooo excited about the dinnerware - it’s modern, white, and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, as soon as I took a single fork to it, to eat, it scratched. I’m so bummed. For $300 I expected more.

Just received my first purchase of a set of tea spoons and chopsticks. The quality is superb! Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful - and I’m getting ready to now purchase and entire flatware set! All the hype and the videos that you see in instagram fall short of the amazing experience of holding this flatware. I just ordered my second set. I first got the gold one and now I am mixing it with gold and black. Their service is personalized and fast. 100% recommended!

The owners take great pride in their products, and are very friendly and helpful. If you are not happy with your items, let them know and they will do their best to help and resolve your issues. I am very satisfied with this business.

I recently purchased the minimalist flatware set, the chopsticks, and the cheese knives in the gold finish. When I received my order, I saw that the cheese knives were in matte black, not the gold I had ordered. I emailed customer service and received a response the same day- which surprised me in a good way. I sent a picture of the product I received and they handled it quickly and hassle-free. I can't appreciate it enough when companies take care of their customers. This only makes me want to order more from the company because the quality of the product and service was fantastic!

So….I purchased a set of silverware and flatware from them. First thing to be aware of here is that these are all mass purchased from china. The quality isn’t terrible but it isn’t the best either. Further because they are mass purchase they are selling it at a significant markup. I haven’t tracked down the flatware yet but the silverware I purchase (black/gold) is being sold by many instagram pop up shops as well as on Amazon. That’s not to even talk about how they didn’t send on of my items until a whole month later… Stay away from this company, the glowing reviews are most likely fake.

Not only the product is amazing but the people behind it is amazing as well. I had bit of concern when I purchased and contacted the company and soon enough Lawrence(owner) texted me back! Which company does that! I loved the entire experience I had with them.
The packaging was very well done and I had no missing parts or broken piece.

There is so much to say about my experience with Jazzupco and the beautiful Minimalist flatware we purchased. The design is lovely, nicely weighted and visually pleasing. It works well with a variety dishes. Additionally, a small issue with our delivery resulted in a nearly immediate response from the brand’s founder. I have never experienced this level of customer service before. I will surely do business with this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for tableware!

I found Jazzupco through Instagram. I had never bought from an Instagram ad before, so this was a new experience. I first bought their "Minimalistic French Flatware and Natural Teak Kitchenware set" on 1/28/2023. I later ordered their Minimalistic Dinnerware set on 2/6/2023. When I initially received my second order with the Dinnerware set, I realized the salad plates were missing. Otherwise, everything was in perfect condition. I reached out to the company and received a quick response from the founder Lawrence. I answered their questions and provided photos of my order. Afterward, they promptly shipped the missing set. The process was overall hassle-free. I personally feel confident recommending Jazzupco for its quality products, fast shipping, and excellent customer service!
