My piece did not arrive. I needed it for a proposal and it got returned even though I gave the correct address. That may not be their fault, however the response time was lagging for a time sensitive issue. I hope that they improve their response time to emails.

My purchase was backordered 2 weeks and I immediately received an email asking if I was willing to wait or I would have my cash returned (I thought that was a very decent way to conduct business). I stayed the course and received updates over the 2-week period which again I thought there was great communication which is often rare. I received my piece and love it. Well put together (quality) and the clasp is excellent as it slides verses clips. Makes the clip smooth so no agitation to my wrist as some do make me itch since I have sensitive skin. Overall, extremely pleased. Thank you!

Worst customer service. Returned it to change from a M to L. Had to pay for return shipping back and then again to me, whole process took right at 2+ weeks. Too many companies that want your order. Never again with this company.

Attractive But Clasp Was Too Small
The bracelet was attractive but the clasp was very small and not manageable for me as a man with large hands. I even bought a tool to try to assist but could not do it with that, either. I have returned it and will be looking for a different bracelet that has a magnetic clasp.

The order took just a bit longer to receive because of not available but customer service was great. I was kept informed of the status and once received, it was worth the wait.
