I have ordered two items from Lucenjuri so far, a necklace and a bracelet, both arrived in perfect condition and turned out to be even more beautiful than expected. The customer service received by Christine is excellent. Not only I received prompt response each time but also they were able to work with me on custom make the piece to my requested preferences. Both pieces came with diamond certificates. Highly recommended if you are looking for some beautiful jewelry in lab created diamonds.

Honestly one of the most hands on customer service Ive ever had to deal with. I was looking for jewelry for my wedding that is coming up very shortly. And let’s just say I waited till the last minute so when I found this website and found a necklace, I really liked I was hesitant to buy because I wasn’t sure it was gonna come on time. I couldn’t find much on this company so I was a little hesitant at first but then after talking with their fantastic customer service and seeing a pretty high rating here I went through with the purchase. I then messaged their customer service team, letting them know like I’m a little nervous about their timeline and they kept me posted through every step as well as rushed it and gave me an ugrade. It literally got here so fast i now have it a whole week before my wedding. I opened it this morning and every part of this has felt luxury the box and presentation when it arrives he’s literally gorgeous. And the jewelry is so beautiful. It’s dainty and gorgeous and everything I could imagine. I literally could not be more happy with my choice and I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Lucenjuri Jewelry! I ordered the 1ct 14k gold Bezel Solitaire Round Diamond Necklace, and everything from start to finish was excellent. The packaging was secure and well-presented, making it feel special right out of the box.
