Great taste, competitively priced. Delivery options were fab, and it arrived when requested. It came with a supporting board set up and a really sharp knife and instructions. Brilliant! Very happy.

Jamon arrived promptly as promised
Jamon arrived promptly as promised. Having lived in Spain for several years we were missing having Jamon in the house. We tried jamon.co.uk and I have to say that we are delighted with the quality and flavour of the jamon supplied. Excellent.

Not very fatty but still great
Not very fatty, but still great!
The holder is workable, and the knife is very sharp. It dulls quickly, so grab your own ham slicer to make a better job.
A little drier than I would like

Hello, thank you for your review.
The delivery was fast
The delivery was fast, 3 days i think it took. But,the courier left it in a common area of the premises where people come and go, although the door of my workshop is only 10 metres from that area, they didn’t bother to pop in.
Only noticed it was there on an occasion I went to see a neighbour.

Easy shopping experience
Easy shopping experience, great delivery and Serrano ham was great quality and tastes delicious. Postage and packaging was a tad pricey, and the packaging could have been nicer as it was purchased from a gifting section of the website. Other than that I would definitely purchase again for myself as the quality was great.

Customer service good, product has flaws that need work
Delivery was very quick, customer service good, and the ham stand worked… but it has a design flaw which means that if you follow the assembly instructions, it is impossible to get the top screw in because the metal bends most at the weak point where the screw thread is. With a bit of hammering, it can be fixed but it would be good for the instructions to advise inserting the top screw before tightening the bolt, or for the metal bar to be pre-curved to the correct curvature before it is shipped. Also the wooden base was warped so that the stand didn’t go flat and I have had to wet it and use a pair of G clamps to straighten it. But, with work, it does a good job.
