James Property University Anmeldelser

I have enrolled this class so that I can learn about how the property system works in England however it is a lot more than I expected. If you are thinking about starting from scratch or leveling your business up, it really can be your thing. It is a great start and it gives the encouragment you need. Thank you for the help!

Joined the JPU a few weeks back. The JPU has so much useful information and tips. You learn a lot right from the outset. Great way for beginners to know and understand the different invest strategies and put it into action.

Highly recommended!

The course content James delivers is truly exceptional. You will be blown away with how the amazing golden nuggets you will receive!
You do not have to have any property background experience whatsoever, James covers each module with great detail, which in turn allows each student to really get on to developing their dreams!!
He covers finance modules like tax, accountancy, which is such a relief. You have the opportunity to ask questions, which creates confidence that we are not on just a text book style training. I love that James is very practical and passionate about all things property and this really helps him stand out.
I highly recommend the course, it's worth every penny and more when you see that bank balance rise up as a result of the handy tips and tricks you learnt along the way :-D

You have nothing to loose but everything and more to gain! Go for it and don't look back!!

I had been following James and his advice for a while and decided to take the plunge and join the JPU recently as the amount of advice offered is brilliant. I’m so glad I did. Looking at the templates and info I now have access to I am really excited to get things moving. I am currently converting a property so am very grateful for the info from like minded people on the socials. Looking forward to see Kush with her media advice this weekend. Thanks both for all your work to help others along their journeys.

It is definitely good value for money. Im half way through the course and each module is very informative and what’s good is they have live lessons teaching different areas!

The JPU has exceeded my expectations. Its comprehensive curriculum covers every aspect of property, from HMOs to investing using a limited company. James' expertise is evident in the engaging webinars and case studies, providing valuable insights for beginners. The well-structured modules allow for flexible learning, accommodating various schedules. Overall, this course stands out for its depth, relevance, and the practical skills it equips participants with.

I took the plunge and enrolled into the JPU as I wanted to learn more about property and starting a portfolio. Apart from purchasing my own home, I didn’t have any idea on what to do. The JPU has changed all that with their very informative lessons on various strategies such as BRRR, HMOs and AirBnBs.

There’s so much information as well as useful guides, tips and tricks. I’ve also found their live lessons really useful and the information from the experts on tax, how to set up a company etc.

It’s hard to put it into words, but I’d highly recommend enrolling!!

Really good course and easy to understand. This course is a good first investment.

Great comprehensive course for UK property market. Covers all key area, easy to access information. A lot of practical examples from James and the team with the references to legislation (I.e. tax). Highly recommend

This has been so informative and helpful!

James Property University has opened my eyes! The value of the course for the content you get is unmatched! I have payed over £3000 for a small fragment of what’s included in this course from other property ‘gurus’ and it is not even close to the value of what you get from James! I love how James is just a regular guy who you can relate to and even the free content he provides on his socials in invaluable! If you are considering investing in property, want to learn how to build a property portfolio or even just learn a little bit more about taxes, I would HIGHLY recommend this course to anyone! This course should be 10x the price it is!

I have been a "PHD" student at James Property University (JPU) since June 2023, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. As a real estate enthusiast, I was seeking a program that not only provided comprehensive knowledge but also a practical approach to the dynamic world of property investment. In this time, James and his team have taught me more about property than I could ever imagine.

Before I joined, I spent months researching the numerous courses offered by so-called "property gurus", and speaking to a few, as I was concerned about how practical the outcomes would be for a newbie like me. James answered every question I had, explained the curriculum, the method of instruction, and the outcomes, and put my mind at ease. I signed up, and it has been one of the best financial decisions I have made in recent years.

The curriculum at James Property University is meticulously crafted, covering a wide range of topics from Buy-to-Let basics to the refinancing process, and even how to market your property. Whereas some property courses are focused on one aspect (for instance, Rent-to-Rent), the JPU goes into detail of the various strategies, including BRR, Rent-to-Rent, HMOs, and Airbnb. It even contains modules on managing taxes and your social media!

James brings a wealth of property experience to the course, and his passion for real estate is evident in every one of the high quality on-demand videos and engaging live seminar calls he holds with his team. He is a one-of-a-kind teacher who is patient, listens well, and is always trying to help his students excel. The most important quality I have noticed in James is his honesty; you will never feel like "this guy is just trying to sell his course" or "trying to make a quick buck off me". He is an affable, down-to-earth, genuine person of good character.

One of the standout features of James Property University is the rich resource library that every student is given access to. Students are provided with downloadable templates, calculators, analysers, trackers, contracts, checklists - everything to support your property journey - and an online dashboard to manage it all from!

The JPU community is really great, too. James is always available to address questions and provide guidance in the Telegram and WhatsApp groups. Additionally, the collaborative environment among students fosters a culture of shared learning, creating a network that extends beyond the course.

In conclusion, if you are looking for a top-notch real estate education, James Property University is the place to be. To say that it has changed my life is not an exaggeration. James has opened my eyes to how I can leverage property in my journey to financial freedom. I am grateful for this enriching journey and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. I wholeheartedly recommend James, and his team.

I have joined the JPU and so far it has been excellent. All the online resources are very informative. The live classes and Q&A sessions are incredibly helpful hearing others experience in the community, and having the ability to ask questions directly to James who is very knowledgable in the property sector.

Recently signed up to JPU and have found it very in depth. I've still got to go through a lot of the content, but I think James and Kush have done a great job in trying to cover all the angles involving Property and Real Estate.

The Telegram/Facebook group is also very active and helpful and both James and Kush genuinely seem very keen and committed to increase the value they can add with the platform. Well done to them and their team!

The JPU course itself is packed full of useful nuggets of helpful tips and guidance to assist you with navigating through property investing, and caters for a number of different strategies, such as BRR, BTL, Airbnb, HMOs, etc! It's pretty much the ABCs for starting and running a property business - covers everything from having the correct structure, how to find your next property, what to look for in a property / researching tips, brokering process, auction process and so much more!

Once you’re a student, you're part of the JPU family. I recently bought a property and James offered to come out to see it and provide advice!

I love the course! You won’t regret it! Sign up today!

I joined the JPU sometime last year and I have to say that this has been one of my best investments.

I have been wanting to start my property journey for a while. However, I didnt have any knowledge. I have learnt the basics and so much more in the JPU. James and Kush have covered all the topics from flips to airbnb, finance to social media and so much more.

The direct support in the telegram chat is amazing and very helpful!

I am looking actively for properties now and know what I need to look out for all thanks to James and Kush!

Thank you so much!

Sabrina

Amazing course. A lot of knowledge. Explains all from begining to end. Highly recommend to everyone who wants to start to build their portfolio .

Before I joined JPU I was always trying to get some information from people who already own property thinking this will give me the best results, not knowing how little most of them actually knows.
Few months ago I was scrolling through Instagram and I came across one reel which brought my attention, I shared with few friends and soon after joined.

Shortly about JPU:
- If you want to start in property this will give you all of the information needed.
- Continuously growing Network of likeminded people eager to help.
- If you’re busy like me and not always able to watch live lesson, you can watch them after by scrolling all the way down on your account.
- Great range of different tools that will make your journey much easier!

You won’t be able to start this journey without making mistakes, however this course will surely help you to reduce them… all you have to do now is to take action!

I joined the JPU academy sometime last year and I have not made a better decision in my property investment journey.
I have grown leaps and bounds in all the knowledge I desired, which has given me the confidence I desired to begin investing.

Thanks to James and Kush!...
