I came across JPU on Instagram. After attending a free webinar, I found James really good at explaining things clearly so I signed up to a pid training program. The JPU had all the guidance and tools that helped me buy property with right company structure within 3 months.
I would highly recommend JPU for anyone looking to get into Buy to lets.

Slowly working my way through the content which has been great so far. As with anything you get out what you put in, so stick at it and ask questions.

I’m new to James Property University and still working through the modules, but I’ve already been impressed by how much content is available on the portal. there’s far more than I initially expected.

The Telegram community is a real highlight, with experienced investors who are happy to help answer questions.

Having a direct contact for admin support is also extremely helpful and makes the experience feel well supported.
I’m looking forward to completing the modules and getting properly started.

If you watch YouTube you'll know James. He and his social media manager (aka his wife, Mrs Coupland) are prolific. I've watched him and his progress for a number of years.

I've done quite a few property trainer tasters over the years. Having recently decided to get more serious, I wanted somebody who had hands-on experience of buying, developing and managing properties that I could learn from.

I joined James' PhD programme in early September'25 after due-diligence.

To be transparent, I had initial wobbles/ concerns in the initial weeks of his course. I shared this with James and the response was excellent; he addressed all of the concerns quickly and openly.

From this, we created a 90 day objective plan and we're now motoring. I've now hit agreed milestones and my confence and knowledge is growing.

James has proper, real world experience. I share deals with him and he commits time and effort to analyse, guide and steer me on what to look out for, opportunities and risk, and guidance on the legal process.

He's a nice guy to work with too, which helps...

This experience comes from his own portfolio of properties that have been developed to an amazing standard. He's hugely entrepreneurial and is inspiring to work with, and has built a number of related add-on businesses that can help you on your journey.

I only have experience of investing in one PhD property training programme, and I'm glad I chose James.

In under 2 months I have acquired a property that should be an-all-money-out BRR deal and have offered on my second property.

Great guy, great content. I decided to go with James & JPU as I believe I am very similar to James and hand on with refurbs, so can relate to so much.

I’ve followed James on social media for well over a year now and always found his content very informative. I’m a joiner by trade and wanted to get into property so I took the plunge with the jpu. I joined 8 months ago, I was able to go through modules at my own pace which guided me in finding a good location to start my portfolio in, which I put an offer in for a property just two months later. I was put in touch with a great mortgage broker through the JPU.

Having unlimited access means I can easily go back and watch videos that are appropriate to where I am in my journey. I'm currently working through the auction section as I'm looking to go to auction next. There are so many useful checklist as well that I've been able to use and take with me to viewings.

It's a really easy to use platform, the facebook page has a wealth of knowledge on it, and James actually replies to questions which is fantastic. I have found using JPU an invaluable experience.

Very useful course and plenty of good knowledge from James and good start point for everyone who wants to deal with property. Highly recommend.
