Easy to order - paid extra for fast delivery which didnt happen and have been trying since July 12th to get help from customer service fro a either faulty product or product that doesnt work well - customer service takes 10 days each time to reply then just asks for more info or forgets what the actual complaint is - TERRIBLE customer service would not order anything from this company again

I received my product on time with good communication. There was a slight fault in one of the chairs I ordered. I reached out to customer service and was helped by a lady called Emily. She promptly arranged a replacement of the faulty product. I was very happy with the product, value for money and the service. Thank you

Ordering the trolley was easy, delivery free and quick. A question before was answered within 3 days. For the price the trolley is great, running smoothly

Brilliant ordered my bin cover came quickly, the driver moved it where I wanted it very kind guy . Put it together look fantastic ,delighted the colour is perfect ,look smart work well great price as well .

A 'golf Specialist' suggested I waggled the wires........
A replacement was mentioned but nothing.......
The phone line goes to answer phone -always 'too busy' and ends the call.

I purchased 2 planters from them that are really nice. Had not come across this company before. Howeve a few days after I’d taken delivery of them, I received a message saying they were now being dispatched and I was given a new tracking number. I thought I was going to be getting a duplicate order by mistake. I tried ringing them several times on different days but their phone just disconnected every single time. They really need to do something about this! A few days later after I messaged them, someone did eventually get back to me to confirm the second dispatch message was a mistake. Not sure if I”d use this company again to be honest. 3 stars because the phone number doesn’t seem to work properly and it was tiresome trying to get in contact with them.

Very quick and easy order process, and the aftercare was tremendous as well as being very quick and professional when I needed support.
I would highly recommend Jack Stonehouse to anyone looking to use them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future

My item arrived damaged - a parasol with a broken handle.
I’ve sent emails and sent pictures for them to not respond. When they finally responded they asked for pictures, which had already been sent and I’ve heard nothing since. I want a full refund and for your customer services to actually respond!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a garden storage box back in May that arrived damaged. After informing them of the damage they asked me to confirm if I'd accept a full replacement. I replied yes. 2 weeks later another email asking me to confirm if I'd be happy to accept a full replacement. Again I replied yes. Nothing sent, and no responses to emails since and it's now mid August, and phone line always answered with a pre recorded message asking you to email! Then no option to stay on the line or leave a message. Awful company.

I purchased a bike that could not turn properly as rear gear cable was cut too short. i went to bike shop they charged me £58 to fix. I have asked Jack Stonehouse to reimburse me

I was looking for air-conditioning units for my business. E-mailed as instructed over the phone in pre-recorded message. No reply. You can't speak to them over the phone as phone gets disconnected after automatic message. Their items run out of stock and are not re-stocked. If something goes wrong quite difficult to speak to if you manage to buy anything on their website. A bit of a disaster this one!

order 3 items from website, paid extra for express delivery. Day later email received saying out of stock and refund in 5 working days. Look on website and items showing in stock. Either idiots or non existent stock control system.

I ordered a fan on 25th June. This is the exact same fan I ordered last July, so thought I’d go for the same as it’s been great. This one had completely stopped working by mid July. Emailed customer services with order number straight away. No response. Emailed again beginning August. No response. Resulted in my buying another fan from elsewhere, so obviously out of pocket. Will not order again! Shame as the first one is still going strong, but customer service isn't the best!

Update….after this review I received a response! They said my messages went into spam folders. However, a partial refund was given upon me providing evidence of the fan not working.

Customer service is awful. Product purchased developed a fault and they have shown no interest in resolving this. No communication about returning for refund, not responsive to emails. Have had to instigate chargeback dispute with my bank to reclaim funds already paid. Really disappointing experience. Please think twice before purchasing from this company. I shall not be using them again.

Bought an air cooler on Amazon. Burning sparking and smoking . Can only get through to reception. Left am , no call back . Emailed got a reply after a week for Amazon order no . Still no reply !!!

The product was as decribed and delivered on time.

Absolutely horrific company to deal with, Paid £330 for a product, Failed delivery then got delivered to the wrong g address, multiple emails, offers or replacement or refund. Asked for either and then radio silence on email and calls, been 3 months now with no reply’s. £330 down. Absolute scam, avoid at all costs.

FAULTY AWNING AND NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased an awning from Jack Stonehouse, but unfortunately it appears to have a manufacturing or assembly defect.
The two ends of the awning are sitting at opposite angles. Because of this, I cannot correctly adjust the angle of the awning or extend it into the position it is supposed to be in.
I contacted Jack Stonehouse by email approximately two weeks ago to report the problem, but I have received no response. I have also tried calling several times, but nobody answers the phone.
I understand that occasionally a product can have a fault. The real disappointment is the complete lack of after-sales support when something goes wrong.
At the moment, I am left with an awning that I cannot properly use and no response from the company about how they intend to resolve the problem.
I am posting this review in the hope that Jack Stonehouse will finally contact me and arrange a solution. I will be happy to update my review if they respond and resolve the issue satisfactorily.
