Lol after i use several times, i kyc'd, i registered 10 months ago, i do several times deposit-withdraw jackbit blocked my account after this:
I get email if i deposit 10 $ i get 100 free spin. Ok i deposited 10 $ i spinned, and i play some after spins. I trying to withdraw and i get notification withdraw is rejected because need to wager 29 $. I play roulette and blackjack and the deposited 10 $ is 40 $. I trying to withdraw and blocked my account.
This is the answer: "We cannot offer you to do so. Your account has been permanently closed and your full balance has been deducted, as per the company's decision."
I emphasize that some $10 and they are not even giving back my initial $10 deposit LOL.
They didn't give a specific answer as to why my account was banned after multiple deposit+withraw and after kyc, they only referred to the terms and conditions.
