Worst site you can play at! I changed my browser as instructed to mozilla firefox...and my access was still blocked to all playson slots as well as all boongo slots. I tried talking to someone that same day via live chat but was ignored like my responses weren't being received but there were green check marks 2 of them to be exact so I know they saw what I was saying! I have recently reused Jackbit and been pleasantly surprised. The site is improving and the VIP service has clearly been made better.
It is also a very quick withdrawal site compared to many others which take days.
The site is safe with a variety of slots would recommend.

I'm going to unfortunately change this review to a 3. The site is very legitimate with fast withdrawals but the customer service is some of the slowest I've ever experienced. You can literally wait 45minutes to be told CS can't do anything and to wait for a response by email, this email may take 2 days, 3 days, who knows? It's just all around very poor.

Complete and utter scam. Site says payouts are instant, I make a withdrawal of winnings to the correct BTC address and nothing, not even a pending transaction. I wait some time and still nothing, contact support and get told to expect 1hr to 1 day maximum waiting time to receive my funds. Several hours into day 2 and now support chat wont load and no funds. Sent Eth via base network to the address they provided. All they would need to do is access the address their end which they hold and switch the funds to the correct network. ( if it was in my personal wallet not the casinos wallet this is easily done ). I have done this with various casinos on accident as it is just force of habbit but every other casino has managed to switch it back to the correct network. THIS SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE.
