This site either has an employee stealing money or they just let it happen. I logged into my account and tried to place a wager but it said I didn't have enough funds. I checked and someone had got into my account and sent the majority of the funds in tips. and the little bit left transferred out. mysteriously they say they have no information for any of the transactions. and they could do nothing but say I could open a new account.

Been using them for months, today I tried to withdraw for the first time it would have been $200 more than I deposited so would’ve put me into profit. They rejected the withdrawal and closed my account. The wallet response showed FrozenBalance: 0, so I am not saying the wallet alone proves manipulation. I am saying the wallet logs and provider logs need to be reviewed together. The main issue is that the KA Gaming saved game state still showed an active unfinished bonus with fs: true, fsr: 10, and tfw: 1455, matching the bonus screen showing $14.55 and remaining free games. Then the spin/continue response failed with e: true, ec: 1, and es: "Player spin not successful".
I also noticed the zensdesks .com/v2/injector/ script. That does not appear to be the normal official zendesk.com domain, so I asked Jackbit to confirm whether it is an authorized support/chat script.
This was not just a simple browser issue. I tested different browsers and disabled shields/ad blockers. The issue still happened. I also saw Jackbit API errors during the stuck session, including wallet/bonus calls returning 400/502 errors and a frontend error saying TypeError: r.map is not a function.

Jackbit keeps saying everything is fine on their end, but my bonus game has been stuck with a server error. Support keeps telling me to clear cookies, check my connection, or try another browser, but I already did that. This does not seem like a normal browser issue because the problem is tied to that specific bonus session.
I noticed scripts running on the site, including one that looked like an injection/support script. I am not saying I can fully prove manipulation, but repeated freezing, spin errors, and stuck game sessions make the platform feel unreliable.
