I had a withdrawal of 0.0988 BTC deducted after Jackbit claimed my winnings were “excessive” under a Christmas bonus.

The issue is not about the fairness of the bonus rules themselves, but about the fact that the casino has been unable to provide the actual promotional Terms & Conditions they say I agreed to.

The bonus was visible on the site, but there were no accessible terms explaining any withdrawal cap or deduction rule at the time. After my withdrawal request, part of my balance was deducted and I was told a 10× bonus cap applied.

When I asked for the bonus terms and proof that I had accepted them, support confirmed in writing that they were unable to provide a screenshot or copy of the promotion terms. Despite this, the compliance team upheld the deduction.

I followed the internal complaints process and escalated the matter, but received a final refusal without any evidence of the bonus terms being disclosed or accepted.

I have since submitted the case to the relevant regulator, but they do not handle individual player disputes, so I am documenting the experience here.

I would be happy to update this review if Jackbit provides the promotional terms they relied on or resolves the deduction.

No answers from support I am suing this company and the admin. They say it’s too protect players but they keep all your deposits. Verifying their account they have only 6K in their crypto wallet and that’s why they don’t want to pay.

Last week jackbit banned my account for allegedly "Participating in any type of collusion with other players". In doing so they seized my balance and most importantly pending bets at a bare minimum valued at an estimated 30 thousand dollars including the stake used to place those bets.

Their basis for such a strict punishment is that using blockchain analysis they were able to link my account to another account. To begin with, a crypto transaction is hardly enough cause to justify such strong action on their part. My account was a Diamond VIP account having bet millions on the platform. I had practically unlimited limits on the majority of the markets I was betting. I had no reason at all to collude with another player.

To me it is no coincidence that just as I was becoming likely to win a massive futures bet in the coming weeks that my account somehow needed to be reviewed again after 3-4 months of account verification and approval.

Since then I have consistently emailed and only heard back automatic messages. They have not once addressed all the pending bets they are taking from me. They are looking for reasons not to pay players. Would stay safe and avoid.

Update they are now blocking my abilities to use live chat to find out where this salon was sent to. They would not give me any information on the transaction has IDs. I finally got one guy that did and it’s got the same exact ID as one of my other withdrawals almost to the tea except for a couple different letters and there’s no record of that transaction on Solana‘s Blockchain.
