Izzi of Baslow Anmeldelser

Buying from Izzi was a last minute purchase and I needed it quickly. I was thrilled that it arrived within 48 hours of purchasing, beautifully packaged and exactly as expected.
Izzi have an excellent selection of really high end women clothing, I feel this could be a long term relationship - very dangerous!! ha ha

Izzi of Baslow is a company I have used before. They
are always efficient in dealing with my order and I very
pleased with their service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

An excellent choice of quality clothes. A very good website. The packages arrive very quickly. All in all I'm very happy with the service I received.

Lovely item . Beautifully packaged and fast delivery .

I bought your Ilse Jacobsen red lace -up wellies cos I couldn’t find a replacement for my beloved old Didrickson red wellies .
There were some elsewhere online, but so cheap I thought it was dodgy.
The right side boot is glued onto the sole in a way that shoves the heel out (much more than the left one) so , even tho the top is nice and wide, it chafes my right calf badly.
Maybe it’s a ‘second’?
However, I had to use it in the rain this weekend, so I guess I’m stuck with it.

Very prompt delivery. The scarf is lovely and as described on your website. Thank you.

Easy site to navigate. Fast postage. Beautiful item.

Brilliant happy shopping thankyou

Where else would Santa find the perfect bags of goodies. Thanks to all that helped select the stylish gifts.

Shopping at Izzi’s is always a very pleasurable experience, the girls are very very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, they go out of their way to help with all aspects, advice on style colour sizing and much more they are so friendly and welcoming, such a lovely boutique with a vast choice of designer clothes.

Fabulous shopping trip with my friends to Izzis.Festive fizz and great service from Wendy.

Great service and very friendly and knowledgable staff. Will be returning

Item well pacakged and delivered on time for my event!

The service was efficient. I was happy with that. However, I feel bullied to write this review and am rather fed up by the repeat messages. SENDING MESSAGES IN CAPITALS as you have just done is tantamount to shouting. I bought your boots, so do not understand why you have any right to shout at me. As a result of being bullied, I shall be thoughtful about buying your products in the future.

Excellent service.

Charlotte went the extra mile in offering advice, very friendly

Shortly after ordering my boots I received a call from a lady (sorry can’t recall her name) who wanted to let me know they weren’t in perfect condition because the soles were slightly marked where someone had tried them on in store. I still wanted to go ahead with my purchase and she gave me a further discount which I wasn’t expecting as they were already reduced. I am delighted with my boots which arrived two days later.

Excellent service. Ordered one day and
arrived the next.

Excellent customer service as always from Sue & Wendy.
I was looking for a particular style of top in a certain colour & the girls suggested one straight away that was perfect.
Thank you!

Lovely independent store. Excellent service
