I am very disappointed to read this review as it does not accurately reflect the situation.
Your order was dispatched promptly and both the order confirmation and full tracking details were emailed to you. The parcel is fully traceable and, as explained to you in our correspondence on Friday evening, it is currently being held by U.S customs authorities. Unfortunately, customs processing is outside of our control and can occasionally cause delays with international shipments.
When you contacted us, I responded immediately, provided the tracking information again, and clearly explained that the parcel is awaiting customs clearance. It is therefore incorrect to state that the item is ‘untraceable’ .
As a small business, we take customer service very seriously and make every effort to respond quickly and assist our clients - which I did in this case. I also confirmed that I will continue to monitor the shipment and update you as soon as there is any progress.
We ship to the United States regularly and very rarely encounter any issues, however customs delays can sometimes occur and are handled directly by the customs authority in the destination country.
I hope the parcel clears customs shortly and reaches you soon.
I would also like to add that your shipment is fully insured, and if you require any assistance in the future, I kindly ask to contact us directly on our webchat or via emal at admin@highheelhierarchy.com
Another gorgeous bag

Professional and quick service!
I have now ordered four pairs of heels through High Heel Hierarchy - kept three, unfortunately had to send one pair back (only because they didn’t fit me).
I have had such a positive experience through every order. They arrive quickly and are always packaged very professionally. The heels themselves are always immaculate.
I even had to adjust my delivery address on my first order, and it was no problem at all for Roberta, she was very friendly and accommodating.
I couldn’t recommend enough.

Amazing Condition, Great Value!
I ordered a pair of Louboutins, something I’ve wanted for years and the experience was great from start to finish.
The shoes were shipped very quickly arrived in the original box with dust bags and spare heel tips, and they were in fantastic condition.
I was a little reluctant at first, as I know many places claim to sell designer items but can end up being fake. However, I did my research on High Heel Hierarchy beforehand, and they absolutely didn’t disappoint 😃
I’m so pleased with my purchase and really happy this shop exists. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again 💓
