Hi Valentin
Your feedback is always appreciated.
Although, may I just add that I sent you a step by step instruction as to how to reclaim your points.
You have purchased several items from us, all of which were promptly delivered to you in Austria, and I even declared a lower value for customs, every single time so to reduce your costs.
The fact that you left me a 4 star review is surprising to say the least.
The points system now will be revoked, so as to avoid any confusion.
Have a nice day
Roberta

Excellent products, great customer service
Really good value luxury items. I had a question about a particular product and got a thorough and very useful explanation back from Roberta, the CEO. She clearly knows her goods and was able to provide information comprehensively enough to help me make my decision on the purchase. I’d certainly have no hesitation about purchasing from her in particular and the product arrived as described and in good time too. If you’re on the fence, as I was, take the plunge. I certainly wasn’t disappointed.

First class service and goods!
It is always a pleasure to deal with Roberta. Nothing is too much trouble, she always responds quickly to texts and emails and is very professional whilst remaining very welcoming and friendly.
The quality of the preloved goods is high, most recently I purchased 2 handbags and I couldn't be more delighted with them. I can honestly say HHH is the first place I go to when I am looking to purchase as I know I can be assured of good quality, authenticity, combined with a fair price.
