First vape i bought was a IVG AIR 2 in 1 version, i bought because it has the option to recharge it. opened it and tried it to test it works, worked fine, so I charged it fully, then after charging it suddenly didnt work just got a red flashing light and no flavour through. I find it hard to believe my charger is the problem since i use the same charger cable and plug for older mobile devices and friends vapes of a different brand.
Shop has given me another one, this one seems to be fine up to now, hopefully i dont have to come back and change this review, fingers crossed.
EDIT: 24 hours later and the second one seems to be working without faults this time.

AVOID.. CHEST PAINS
I'm an average everyday vape user and when I moved to IVG, I noticed that I'm getting chest pains, which had worsened.
Not sure sure what chemicals are in these but I would recommend everyone to stay VERY FAR away from their products.

Brought an IVG smart 5500 from my local…
Brought an IVG smart 5500 from my local premier shop like normal unfortunately it wasn’t working so contacted IVG customer services who straight away ordered a replacement vape to be delivered to my home address after I send pictures of the vape i had brought that wasn’t working so m very impressed with how quick they resolved the issue as I was a little unsure of what help they would offer. Thank you and I will definitely carry on buying the IVG vapes.

I’ve been purchasing IVG vapes since seeing them on the shelves for the first time, and I’ve never looked back! One of the best tasting vapes I’ve had. I would highly recommend for smokers/ vapours, thank me later.

I found these vapes to be the best…
I found these vapes to be the best disposable vapes on the market. Was very with them until I got a faulty vape and then I thought it was a once off so I bought the second one and the shopkeeper assured me that it was a different box and the vape would be fine. I emailed IVG and they said they would replace the two of them. A week later nothing arrived, after multiple emails they sent one vape which was a different vape. Very frustrating as they aren’t cheap vapes!

Had a few issues with the yellow addition 2400 , so I rung them up and they replaced all of my purchases that I have made. I spoke to a lady named Melanie and she was very understanding and lovely! With all the evidence I gave she was very quick to respond and get back to me about some manufacturing issues I experienced.

So my original 1 star review has changed to 4 star i original had issues with both air 2 in 1 and air 4 in 1 but ivg have sent me out replacements quickly and they are working fine now and happy with product

I vape great products are fantastic, satisfying and great flavour choice. They're my go to vape. Also, if you have any slight issue their customer service is beyond compare, they're happy to help and rectify anything that is needed without delay. If you haven't already, give IVG a try, they have alsorts of choice to suit you, you won't regret it.
