The company is great....until you have an issue. Despite completing the contract form I have received no reply. I eventually managed to track down a contact phone number and have phoned three times. I have not been able to speak to anyone in customer service and on each occasion, I have been told a message will be passed along to the customer service team. Still waiting....

Unfortunately,I have purchases 4 of these vapes from my local store but there seems to be a defect , I thought the first one was just a one off bad apple but it runs out the other three were just the same …which is a shame as I like these vapes but cannot recommend anyone too purchase them until defect is rectified

Brilliant customer service
I tried an IVG product for the first time but it turned out that the product had a fault. I got in contact with IVG to tell them and they had no problem in sending me a replacement after I'd sent a picture, batch number and expiry date. Very friendly and helpful with great customer service.

I had an issue with a few IVG vapes and contacted their customer service online. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and resolved my issues quickly, she was friendly and helpful. I recommend if you have any issues to contact customer services as they are very helpful.

The five star is for the customer service I have received from Melanie Wilson. It’s been so refreshing that when problems do occur they are sorted so swiftly and with the most kindness I have ever come across. It is my favourite vape. There was a problem but it has always been fixed straight away.

Brilliant customer care
I've been using the IVG air for some time now and really like how it smokes and the flavours available. I work in trade and my old device had become scratched up and full of dust so decided to buy a new one. After unpacking it and setting it up I took a toke but the lid didn't sit right and let too much air in (completely different to my old device). Swapped the lid over from my old one and it still did the same so problem was with the body of device. I emailed customer support and the reply was brilliant. They've offered to replace my device and they were extremely friendly and quick on response. I feel they fully deserve a 5 star review from me and feel very happy as a customer.

2 Broken Products - IVG Airs that spin!
Happily uses IVG disposables for a while, since the UK is bringing in a ban on disposable vapes I decided to get the rechargeable IVG Air. Considering this is supposed to be a reusable vape it's rubbish. The first one i got was broken, the top bit where you put the flavours span around and didn't lock into place. The second one I got I've been using for 6 days and the top has started spinning and not locking into place. These vapes just seem like a way around the new laws coming in rather than being a proper reusable vape. I'll definitely be trying another brand now. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Had an issue with my rechargeable vape, reached out to the support email address and Melanie was very helpful and sent me a replacement. I love the vape but it’s a shame it was malfunctioning (and scaring me that it would cause a fire) thank you for the amazing customer service.
