Had a faulty mod, sent proof and purchase info and was advised I would be getting a new mod and a new refil pod.

Great Customer Service
I have used IVG products exclusively for some years
since giving up smoking because I love their flavours & recently found their website.
I recently ordered some 50/50 IVG vape juices from I Vape Great but hadn’t realised that these were sold as clearance stock. Unfortunately most of the juices were very orange in colour & when I tried using them, it was clear to me that they were “off”.
I contacted Lucia at IVG who was really quick to reply to my email saying that I was disappointed with these juices.
She offered me a refund or replacement. I chose replacement & I have just received an email saying that replacement flavours that I had chosen have been sent to me. In addition I have been credited with a generous amount of points.
I am very pleased with the speed of response & overall result of their service. I would recommend this Company.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered 4 disposable vapes and the wrong flavour was sent to me, albeit very quickly. I sent them an email and a photo of what was sent. Now the flavour would be my second choice anyway so explained that I would keep them but would be very happy with a coupon for the next order. I got a phone call from them and their fix was to send me 2 of the flavours I originally ordered for free. I said that they didn't need to do this, but they responded that a happy customer is a repeat customer. Customer service at its best, regardless of your feelings on vaping. They've kept me off cigarettes for nearly 2 years, so thank you.

Locking mechanism
always use IVG best value for money 100%. However the new IVG Air vapes on the market are quite tricky to set up because of the locking mechanism. It actually took four people to try get it locked properly. The instructions on the packaging aren’t very clear either they don’t mention that you need to apply quite a bit of force while pushing down and turning it clockwise to lock it in place

I had a small the IVG2400… fixed fast
I had a small issue with one of the IVG 2400 vapes leaking when laid on its side I reached out to Lucia, who support and professionalism was exemplary a simple photograph from Me showing my issue despite me having cleaned up the mess and I had a replacement sent out unfortunately they no longer do the coffee pods which is a shame but she worked with me to find something suitable there was quite a bit of twoing and throwing on email but only to ensure I got what I wanted absolutely excellent customer support thoroughly recommend them and thoroughly recommend the IVG 2400 I like the journey that equates to smoking a cigarette if you put the flavors in the right order it helps guide you to know when to stop rather than just sucking frantically all day and then being buzzed on nicotine what an excellent product and what an excellent customer support

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Bland, Faulty Juices
I recently placed an order with IVG and received a mix of intense salts (Spearmint, Fizzy Cherry, Summer Blaze, Frozen Cherries, Tropical Ice, and a VIMADE 50:50).
Every single bottle has been a complete let-down. The flavours are bland, almost non-existent, and the vape texture is strange and unpleasant. These were advertised as intense salts ( apart from VIMADE) but they’re the exact opposite – weak, flavourless, and not enjoyable at all.
To be clear, it’s definitely not my device or setup – when I use IVG’s regular salts from the 4-in-1 range, they taste great as expected. This confirms that the issue lies with this batch of intense salts.
I was really looking forward to this order, but the quality is shockingly poor and the juices feel unusable. Unless IVG resolves this issue promptly with a refund or replacement, this review will remain at 1 star.
Edit: they refunded me for the order and added 500 loyalty points to my account but very unsure to order from here again

Product issues but good customer care
I recently bought an IVG Max Air and bought some refills, the unit stopped working after a week, totally unable to charge, I bought another one and the same result stopped working after a week, I’m going to have to buy another so I can use the refills I bought, I emailed customer care and they got back to me quickly and replaced the broken items, I’m hoping this is just a glitch as I really like IVG products. If the replacements work well I’ll change my review to 5 stars
