As an alternative to help people stop smoking traditional cigarettes🤮 IVG is the liquid and dev8ces to choose from with a lot of variety. I gave 4 stars just because some flavours are quite sweet but happy with most. I think the IVG Pro kit is a great option. I would and have recommended.

Fantastic all around
Switched to IVG vape products last year. Devices are easy to use, reliable and have a good battery life, I use the IVG air and the USB C charging makes life so much easier. Had a small problem with a couple of their pods tasting burnt when I went to use them.
You may then wonder why the 5 stars? Well it’s because all I had to do was reach out to them and I received a fast and clear response and they replaced them no hassle. Can’t ask for more than quality product and fantastic customer service

I’m new to IVG so not knowing the…
I’m new to IVG so not knowing the company I was dealing with. I had an issue with a couple of reload pods and thought I was just going to be fobbed off. However I received an email back and literally after answering a few questions they sent out full replacements. Excellent service and will continue to vape great 👍

Purchased a IVG SAVR and noticed liquid leaking from the bottom, after 39 minutes muse it was drained, the same vape would last 36-48 hours easily, so disappointed from this brand as I’ve trusted them over the year to deliver

Lucia is amazing!
Lucia was friendly and more than happy to help with my issue. I’d bought a vape at a service station but due to personal reasons I couldn’t send the information about my faulty vape straight away. My late reply didn’t matter and Lucia quickly placed a replacement order within the same day.

Ordered mine on the 20th December
Ordered mine on the 20th December, to a coop in my village. Apparantly it couldn’t be delivered there and I had an email saying it would be delivered to my home address. I am still waiting DPD still have it and I can only sort through the supplier.
Of course IVG is shut over Xmas period , 2 weeks I have been waiting for my parcel, and no one to communicate with and also £30 wasted
