Where can I start what ever I will say will never be enough or grateful enough for this amazing guy chris .. why cant everyone be like chris lol.. this gentleman today helped me so much stopped me making the biggest mistake of my life by listening to another so called company that was going to get me an iva even though they didbt take the time out to know what was going on.. an Chris just listened to everything patiently an what I didbt understand explained it to me .. made me feel so comfortable an at ease not once was I judged about my problem honest advise givin .. chris if you read this your honestly amazing an I am for ever grateful for your advise an your time you took to help me thankyou so much your the best wish you all the success an happiness in the world... this guy deserves an award honestly xx

I called Chris over a year ago to help me with my situation, Chris was a total gem absolutely amazing. Chris and his team gave me the kick up the backside I needed to sort my situation out, as we all do the same thing bury our head in the sand and hope it goes away, they stuck by me when I thought I was on my own and I can’t thank them enough and to be honest a thank you is not enough. These are the best people to help you and I can’t sing there praise high enough, a great BIG THANK YOU from me and my family. Love you guys.

Chris is amazing! He understood our fears and held our hands throughout the process. He was always there to answer questions no matter how stupid I thought they were, he was not judgemental he make us feel at ease with our worries! Thank you for all your hard work!!

Spoke to Chris this morning, he was very patient, very informative and helped BIG TIME! He advised me to contact another authority, which I did. I now have peace of mind and know that my situation is getting sorted, even though it may take 2 or 3 months, the relief that things are getting into place is tremendous.Thank you Chris.

We first looked into an IVA with a debt charity but quickly realised this wasn't the best route forward for us. I really can't express how good Iain and Chris are. From the first phone call with Iain I felt relief that our IVA would be handled as well as it possibly could. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently with the whole process going through as quickly as possible. They are always at the end of the phone throughout and afterwards. Don't go anywhere else, give these guys a call, you won't regret it.

Big thanks to Chris didn't know what to do lost my job had debts thought I was gonna lose my house .
I had sleepless nights and was under pressure then after speaking to Chris he really helped me and took the pressure off me without Chris I really dint know what I would of done!

To find someone as honest and as helpful as Chris is hard to find nothing was a problem when I called him even after the iva was up and running.

Where do I start? Chris and Iain have helped me so much that I now feel I can have normality in my life again. 3 years it took me to make a phone call these guys and it was 3 years to long. They are literally the best out there and believe me I did some research before contacting these guys. What Iain and Chris do that no other company does is treat you like human being. They understand that people have problems and struggle financially. After the initial phone call I already felt like a weight had been lifted and then the follow up calls to set things up was like talking to a family member, they genuinely care and want to help.
I can't speak more highly about Chris and iain. Please just give them a call and get yourself back on the right track.

AAA+++ Do not go anywhere else until speaking with IVA.org... I am not one for usually writing reviews, however, Chris at IVA.org was fantastic, from initial contact at 9pm at night it took just 31 days to have my IVA approved. I had previously spoken to another firm who 'told' me what my minimum payment had to be, after speaking with Chris it was actually what I can afford not the other way round. Chris was non judgemental, professional, nothing was a problem for him, no pressure help and take it from me, that is what is needed! He provided me the guidance and support needed from initial contact and throughout my application - I cannot thank him enough for solving my debt problem with 'no worries'. Highly recommend to anyone considering an IVA. Thank you!

Absolute brilliant people Iain and Chris have really helped me sort my life out my life was at breaking point about to lose my family and maybe my house there knowledge is second to none my IVA has only just been accepted this week and I feel like a different person already all the stress has gone.
Please don’t be embarrassed to sort your debts out like I was Iain was so positive and helpful I feel like I can start living my life again and can finally sleep at night.

I can not recommend IVA.org highly enough. Ian and Chris have helped resolve my financial situation smoothly and quickly.

I almost signed up to another IVA company and into a 5 year payment plan which would have been a massive mistake. (I’d have become an anonymous number and they also tried to dd my account before I’d even returned the paperwork!)

I found myself in an impossible situation and was at my wits end, luckily I telephoned IVA.org, Iain Wrenshall was amazing and with his and Chris's help they guided me through the process of enterering into an IVA.

After some big impacting life changes, I was really struggling to make my monthly payments and things were just going from bad to worse.

I met Iain in despair after receiving some terrible advice about an IVA that I was in. I was misinformed about the IVA especially surrounding the sale of my property and how that was used against the IVA. In short, I was told that after the property was sold my IVA was complete. Little did I know that was far from the truth.

My IVA was then passed on to another company to deal with and it was hard to get my point across and as the previous IVA company had gone bust I was left helpless. I hadn't paid into the IVA for 2.5 yrs based on my understanding of the property sale and was looking at being in debt for longer than the original term.

I searched 'IVA Advice' That's when I met Iain. The guy is electric. He offered his time to me late on a Monday evening, talked me through all my options and how best to deal with the current situation. I must say, I left his office feeling sick. This was due to how honest he was and what the potential drawbacks to the situation were.

He advised me on a full and final settlement, assisted me with my variation sheet, income and outgoings and even terminology to use when making the full and final offer. And he does this for no fee, a random guy called him in distress, didn't know me from Adam and he simply offered, a brew, a biscuit and his invaluable time.

Iain, a personal thank you for everything you did for me and assisting the light at the end of the tunnel. I am pleased to say with your guidance, my offer was accepted just this week and I'm now clear of my IVA.

One word..... “Amazing”

I phoned Iva.org after burying my head in the sand and trying to cope for months. My call was answered by Iain, and I nervously started to explain the reason for my call. I was instantly reassured and told “I can help”. Iain was so understanding and the shame that I had felt for so long was going.
After a very lengthy phone call, going through all the ins and outs of my debts, I was reassured that there was light at the end of the tunnel and a way out of the financial spiral I found myself falling into. As a proud person I found myself hiding from the increasing amount of credit/finance I had, and I was juggling one to pay the other. Iain talked me through the options I had, but there was a problem..... My partner was tied into some of my debts and he would suffer if i entered into the Iva. So Iain talked us through the option of us both entering into an Iva and the outcome of this.
After numerous phone calls we decided to both go ahead. We experienced many different hurdles but with Iain’s advice and guidance we managed to overcome these and we proceeded with the stages of entering into an Iva. We also spoke to Chris and he was very reassuring and helped us every step of the way before we approached the final stages of the Iva journey.
Without wittering on, our Iva was accepted this week and we are so thrilled. We could not have done this without Iain, Chris and the team from Iva.org. We are eternally grateful for all the hard work you have done for us. Iain even helped us when he was suffering with a bad case of the flu and a severe throat infection. We cannot begin to thank you enough.

We will finish this off by saying.... if you are in financial difficulties and don’t know where to turn, don’t hide from it. Ring the Iva.org team, they are amazing and will help you to find an answer. It really is the best phone call we ever made.

Iain at IVA.org has been absolutely fantastic in helping us become debt free. We have dealt with other debt management companies, but Iain and his team are by far the best. They aren't pushy like many of their competitors, but are patient, understanding and extremely knowledgeable.

After failing my IVA approx a year ago after not be able to keep up the payments due to being made redundant and subsequently still unemployed a year on my debtors have started contacting me again.
I googled failed Iva and came across this company. I spoke to Iain and he has reassured me I have options available, we talked through the bankruptcy option and what that really means and how best to manage (strategise) my current situation.
