I was so incredibly nervous to make the call. But My advisor Robert Waghorn put my mind at ease in the first few minutes of conversation and as others have said, with absolutely zero judgement. He showed me the light at the end of a tunnel I've been crawling through for years and I cannot thank him and his team enough for everything they've helped me with.

Stuart my adviser was absolutely amazing.
Everything was so clear so understandable even half way through the call I was feeling like such a weight was going to be moved away from my shoulders.
I can't praise this man enough I was initially very scared to do this phone call but felt comfortable straight away and how Stuart explained everything was so so easy to understand I felt like i was talking with a family member and not a stranger absolutely amazing thanks Stuart

Had been nervous and reluctant to seek help for a long time out of fear of being judged or rejected, within 30 seconds of speaking to advisor (James) I felt a huge sense of relief and hope for the first time in a long time. Responded to my messages instantly from morning until 7 at night.
