Chris was amazingly helpful, initially they steered me away from an IVA because they didn’t think it was the right option for me, and offered to help me set up a voluntary agreement with my creditors. I’d fully recommend these guys, who will help you out, no matter what the situation is.

I finally picked up the courage to face up to my financial difficulty and called. From the moment Iain answered the phone a weight was lifted off my shoulders.
Iain made me feel comfortable talking about my financial difficulties without judgement and we worked through a way of finding the best solution for me.
We decided a full and final IVA was the best solution to my problem and having discussed all the options I was not pressured into anything.
Iain was always there to answer my calls. Although my decision to go ahead took me many months due to an ongoing compensation claim, Iain was there all the way through.

We are currently in Iva with creditfix many situations have risen and a lack of advise explanation & no communication. We contacted Iva.org for an independent opinion of our situation and they were outstanding for a non profit organisation they gave me far better advice in two phone calls than in the 5years I’ve been with creditfix. On both occasions the phone was answered promptly by a gentleman called Ian who remembered our first conversation without judgment His knowledge was amazing very professional and informative he gave us clarity to our situation & put our minds at ease Ifelt he was more empathetic towards us. I wish I had known about Iva .org before using creditfix for anyone thinking of going into an Iva please look at using these people first.

I could write an essay of positives for this company and especially Drew and Iain that make it so successful and my experience so so positive. I contacted these guys as I was in turmoil over personally guaranteed debt gone sour, not an easy one to work through as the set up of my liabilities and creditors were complex. These guys handled it with such professionalism, care and attention. It felt like I’d known them for years and we were working through my extremely difficult times together. Other insolvency practices I spoke to just didn’t have that level of personal service that I got from these guys and I had full confidence from beginning to end in their ability and desire to really want to help my case. One morning Iain spent 3 hours on the phone to me advising my situation and Drew and I have had countless consultation calls, really a top notch service was provided! Needless to say I am now sorted and out the other end and my worry days are over.

I called to explain my situation and explore whether and IVA was the best solution.
Their representative asked some basic questions and quickly established that an IVA was probably not the best solution given my circumstances.
This was so refreshing to hear and given me confidence in moving forward. I don't know is any other IVA company would have been so honest and upfront as it would mean losing the opportunity to earn a fee.

I just had a quick look at some of the other recent 5 star reviews and I totally agree with them. I had been advised to file for bankruptcy by another adviser (not IVA.org) and my situation has changed. I went back to the original adviser but didn't feel satisfied. I spoke to a couple of other advisers and they completely contradicted themselves and each other. I ended up feeling confused and a bit ashamed if I'm honest.

I decided to find another adviser and I'm so glad I did because Iain Renshaw is amazing. He spent so much time listening to my situation, he went through my figures with me and helped me present things properly to maximise "reasonable living expenses" and business expenses.

He's left me feeling confident about submitting my figures to the Official Receiver, as we agreed that an IVA is not the best route for me.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire team of IVA.org, they have been extremely helpful, professional and caring about my individual circumstances.

I am rarely compelled to write reviews these days unless Ive had a terrible service or a superb world class service. I am pleased to say iva.org falls into the latter. As someone that works in the world of customer service and gets paid to deliver good service I can honestly say I have never experienced such good service from ANYBODY in my entire life that would match that of iva.org. From the start to finish the staff have been friendly. I have been given regular updates. They've never judged me. I have felt throughout the time the process has been 100% collaborative. They were there for me every step of the way. I felt human. At no time did I feel like a cash cow or a number. They were honest every step of the way. Explored all my options (some options may have meant they, as an organisation, lost out) with no emphasis on what I SHOULD do or pressure to follow one route. In particular I want to give a nod to Ian Renshaw. The man Ive had primary contact throughout the process. Ian carried out my assessment. Despite the fact I had a previous negative experience with an IVA provider he didnt throw mud. He explained how the system worked. He listened. I felt he cared the entire time. He was open. A great listener. And I felt like he was walking beside me through the process. Not leading. Not telling me what to do. And I had his number. He always responded to my queries with measured reassurance. Today I learnt my IVA is in place. For the first time in years I feel positive about my future and the debt I carry. If you are struggling. If you are worried. There are options. Dont put yourself through unnecessary stress and worry. Because there is help. And you will NOT get any better than Ian and Iva.org

After finding IVA org online, I was put in touch with an agent , Iain .
I was a bit reluctant at first as I had been in touch with other " debt help" agencies , however undecided as not many options offered and seemed I needed to pay to pay my debt back so in much more debt?

After going through my finances, Iain explained all of my options in detail and with no rush .

I felt so relieved after our conversation and plan of action I definately felt empowered to deal with the situation in a positive way

It is thanks to IVA that i have got now the determination to resolve my situation without feeling powerless. Real honest and impartial advise. Ian called me back only 2 hours after I had left my details. He listened carefully to my answers and made an excellent assessment, in my case the solution was something other than an IVA. That route would be detrimental for what I was trying to achieve. He gave me some future advise in case bussiness was not generating enough in the future. It was perfect.

IVA.org are an amazing organisation who have, quite literally, turned our lives around and made it possible for us to continue, and even to look forward to the future again! This is something which we thought would be impossible and felt absolutely trapped in a terrible corner. The team at IVA.org all seem so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, sincere and thoughtful – I feel so fortunate that they are the organisation we turned to in such a difficult time.
When they are talking to you, emailing, etc at no time is there any undue pressure whatsoever and they do not ever try to push you into anything you are not comfortable with. The advice is measured and well thought out and they do not make any unrealistic promises of a “silver bullet” to cure all of your problems. What they do give is advice and options and explain the process with each.
I had to have a large number of quite long conversations with the team to progress our application but at no time did they seem to be fed up by my daft questions (they must hear the same thing many, many times) but instead dealt with all queries professionally and sympathetically.
We literally can not praise the team highly enough for the way they deal with their clients – it is the best I have experienced in any organisation ever. At 53 years old I have dealt with quite a few different groups for things unrelated to finance and they could all take lessons from IVA.org!
All of the team were excellent but I especially wish to praise Iain and Drew, who are the ones I dealt with the most, and are genuinely our saviours.

We are faced with a new situation and after some research we decided to contact IVA.org. We spoke to both Chris and Ian at IVA.org. We thought that the best route for us was to proceed down an IVA.

Chris and Ian both spent time understand our situation and only then began to explain the issues and situation.
We clearly listened to highly experienced and sympathetic specialists who gave us excellent and impartial advice. They actually informed us that an IVA was not the best route for us to go down.

They explained this in detail and spent over an hour on the telephone discussing the challenges we faced and their style allowed us to ask questions to clarify the process.
For Ian to say that the IVA is not the best route to purse was a very honest approach which we respect and are most grateful.

I called at 9pm and was pleasantly answered by Chris who couldn't have been more helpful. Inquiring about a possible IVA for my Elderly Mother - who has found herself in a lot of debt due to being defrauded. Chris asked me about my Mother's full financial circumstances and advised me that an IVA was not her best course of action. Actually a Debt Relief Order would be more appropriate for her. Chris pointed to the best sites to help arrange this solution and also assured me that my Mum would not have to go to Court at any time during the process. This will be a massive relief to her as she has been crying at the thought of it! I can't thank Chris enough for the time he kindly spent talking to me - giving me hugely helpful advice but also for genuinely caring about my Mum's situation. Spoke to Chris, pained a clear and consise picture of the options of debt relief and perhaps saved me from disaster.

I strongly advocate you place your trust in these professionals at IVA.org. It will become very clear to you why, after just a few minutes of speaking to one of their Consultants. Precise and sensitive listening and discussion about your situation, without urgent probing and no driven agenda. No sales 'Pitch'. Just thoughtful practical processes, to guide you through to a way of seeking a supported good outcome with regard to your often emotionally difficult financial situation.

I truly don't know what to say other than Drew and all the team at IVA. Org saved me and gave my family a second chance at a happy life together.
I originally filed an iva application with another company and I was treated like just anther number... I never knew what was going on, and kept calling to get an update only to get passed around and then when I actually got through to a person that I thought could help there no empathy, no support and I was left in tears waiting to find out the outcome of my IVA (which is a very scary thing to enter into in its own)
One day whilst dealing with that other company and being left with no answers I stumbled upon IVA.org website that said they were there to help 24/7 and I not knowing who they are called just to get help and advice.
I spoke with a gentleman that I can only describe as an angel. (sincerely and truly) he was driving and answered my call and spoke with me for an hour just to answer and help me with any questions I had that I was not getting help with through Creditfix.
A few weeks later Creditfix said my IVA was rejected and that was it. They could not do anything for me and said good bye... I was broken. I am a mom of 2 little children and my family is everything to me and to get this news in such a cold way truly I felt like my world fell apart and that was it... Well that's the way creditfix made me feel and they didn't really care.
I called immediately to that angel that spoke with me for an hour and I found him... We went over what happened and he said his company will try to refile and I should not worry and they will walk with me every step of the way...
That's when I was introduced to Drew at IVA.org.... All I can say is because of this company, the team, Drew... They saved me and my family.
Words cannot describe what they did to help me. We resubmitted my application and they explained and went through everything with me so calmly and reassured me that I will be ok.
My IVA was resubmitted by Drew at IVA. Org and a few weeks later I got the call from Drew that gave us light again... My IVA was accepted and life was now going to start getting better for us all.
It didn't stop there either Drew had been by our side offering support in any problems or questions I have.
I could honestly keep going... But basically if you are going through any financial problems and possibly having to enter into an IVA please please call this company... They are truly the nicest, supptive and caring people I have ever met and they saved my families life and gave my children their mommy back.

these guys are claiming they are non profit however they charge iva fees as per all other companies.

The also claim on the website that the fees in the iva are paid by the creditors, this is absolute nonsense. The fee's are paid by the customer from the 60 payments that are made into the iva not by the creditors.

I have reported this misleading site to the fca.

Spoke to Ian who was incredibly honest, i was scared of the reveiws inthis sector but he did not try to sell me an IVA but spent 45 mins of his time just giving me honest advice on how to get myself straight without one. Thanks Ian you company lived up to its great billing on this site.

I thought I had nowhere to go when I found IVA.orgs numbers and spoke to Iain. He was amazing - he spent several hours on the phone to myself to understand the situation, before giving advice.
The advice was sound, and I can now see a way out.
